@jjones9: As the home team Friday in Brazil, the Eagles got a hotel closer to the São Paulo stadium. The Packers, on the other hand, will have a game-day commute that is estimated to be between 1.5-2 hours based off heavy traffic.
I thought someone posted the opposite that the Eagles were staying near the airport to keep the players out of trouble but the Packers were staying closer to the stadium. I just don't know who to trust anymore. I'll have to start relying more on X.
Trust the Government
Of the SI experts 4 ( Breer, Orr, Pluym, and Verderame) pick the Pack to win. 2 (Goldich and Manzano) pick the Beagles.
Eagles secondary last season was 5th to last in TDs allowed through the air, and on paper they should've been very good against the pass...but didn't show up. I still like Slay a lot, but if Jordan Love can continue what he left off from last season, he could pick them apart.

We'll see....Personally I think the TE's and RB are going to have big games at least initially. Fangio's defense is supposed to limit the big plays. If the Eagles go into that 2 high shell, it'll take patience on Love's part to move the sticks. Jalen Carter is the biggest key to the game IMO....more on that when the game thread starts
Interesting article from ESPN on all the logistics that went into getting all the gear needed to Play in Brazil. That included a cargo ship sent in advance, a separate cargo plane, advance trips from personnel to get things organized, etc. It was quite the ordeal.

Curious…..what’s it mean in the betting world with this?? I don’t understand the odds. Here is what I’m asking…..
Moneyline:
GB +110. Phi. -130
what actually does this mean. Thanks.
It’s REALLY hard to defend play-action well without good linebackers and Philly has one of the worst group in the league. https://t.co/uKxGBjFkTj

I think it means you that $100 on the Packers to get $110 back. You have to bet $150 on the Eagles to get $100 back
Apparently even many of the media members decided they didn’t want to go to Brazil for this game. Get a clue, NFL!

The logistics et al. cost a fortune. Just more NFLFU®.
