and Aaron said he’s taking it day by day for Sunday’s game vs Queens......
hopefully gamesmanship.
Strikes me as about 99% gamesmanship.
Queens are going to try and knock him out the whole season. At this juncture, I start Kizer and let him heal another week rather than risk losing him all season.
If he can play he should play. We ain't 'fraid of nothing! (at least I hope that's the GBP's mindset)
Division game. If he can stand he should play. If it's the Bills this weekend then you might consider a little rest.
What if it was the Rams?
Conference game. Gotta play.
Good JSO story today on how adjusting to Arod injury has helped the offense in the past

And if they do the Packers should come off the sideline in full WHOOP ASS mode I don't care what the the fines are and if they suspend the whole team either!
Make no mistake about it, it's not revenge Rodgers is after. It's the reckoning.
A little Doc Holiday in that post.
Think if playing with the injury increased the risk of further damage McKenzie never would have cleared him. Packer medical staff is notoriously conservative and if he says AR is good to go you play him.
I will be mildly shocked if AR has anything more than a minor knee issue... probably a MCL sprain. A brace, pain management, a shotgun formation and solid protection will work just fine.
I’m on board with MJOE... the GB medical staff is notorious for being highly cautious with injuries. No way in hell they let AR play the 2nd half of the Bares game if there was even a hint of major issues in that knee.
