Looking just at Trice's numbers, it looks maybe like he forced some shots, but in watching the game, it didn't feel like he was taking bad shots.  I thought that Stanford deserved credit for their defense.  They were long enough to contest the three, and really forced Bucky's offense to struggle.  Their offense is atrocious, but I do think that they will pull off a few upsets this year because that defense will keep them in games.

Winnable game- they just could not get good looks to fall. VA was there for the taking. Badgers played well enough defensively, though they did give up too many offensive rebounds.

Your starting backcourt went 4-17, 1-6 overall. That was the difference in the game. Happ was 11-19 for 22-15-6, but if the rest of the team goes 10-29 and you go 2-11 from 3 that’s not going to win too often.

Pritzl did not do much in this tournament. At one point the Badgers were 8 for 32 shooting today and still got close in the 2nd half. If someone other than Happ can score they win. If Happ could shoot outside of 3 feet, they probably win.
