I remember looking at that same stat back in the '80s and the Pack was more like 10th or so as I recall. Quite a bit of progress in the last 25 years.
Considering how bad they've been lately, it is interesting that the Browns are only 4 games below .500.
How have we played 34 fewer games than Chicago?
Probably some corrupt politicians in Chicago paid someone off to maybe "fudge the numbers a bit" to give the Bears more games and wins? If they did, they didn't fudge well enough... the Pack still reigns superior.

It's more of a statement of how good they were in the 50's and 60's.
The Browns were wildly entertaining in the 70s. Greg Pruitt. Brian Sipe. They drafted Clay Matthews and Ozzie Newsome in 78. Sam Rutigliano. Cardiac Kids.
