With AB gone now, will the Pats trade for AJ Green, Larry Fitzgerald, or both. Iβm sure theyβll get at least one for a ham sandwich..
Is Andre Rison still available?
Just a year ago, the conversation around AB was that he was not Odell. Not saying Beckham turned into a choirboy, but my money would've been on OBJ to scare teams away sooner than Brown. He's destroying any chance he may have had after Pittsburgh.
PackLandVA posted:So Iβm pretty certain AB is gonna play football in the NFL again. Wouldnβt be surprised if itβs this year. So the question is - which team gambles.
Poetic justice would be if he were forced to play for the Dolphins. But that wonβt happen. So whoβs your guess?
Iβll go with Bad Pete and the Seahawks or Jerryβs βboys. Two long shots would be the Bills and Chiefs. Okay, so I picked 12.5% of the league. So what.
I think the vikings would be willing to give him a shot if they can recover some of Cousin's money to pay for AB's cryotherapy treatments and skin grafts. SKOL!

Is he still alive?
Besides being a bad guy, now it seems clear he is a fool. If I understood I was susceptible to sexual misconduct allegations, I would be obsessed with living as far under the radar as possible, meaning I'd have been a model player in Pittsburgh.
Pretty sure before too long even the incompetent Roger is going to see to it that heβs not playing for anybody. Dude ainβt right.
A long-time local sports scribe here has been waxing poetically the last few weeks, reminiscing about sports stars with Atlanta connections.
He discussed Andre Rison a couple of weeks or so back, focusing mostly about his interview with him after his goofy bitch girlfriend burned down his mansion.
He included a tidbit about a local businessman contacting him, inquiring about Rison's whereabouts. It seems Rison had bought recording equipment from this man, but had failed to pay for it. He put this man in touch with Rankin Smith (former Falcons owner for you young 'uns), who wound up writing a check to this man.
As far as I know, Rison was OK during his short stint in Green Bay, but now it's easy to see why Wolf didn't want any part of him after the Superb Owl victory.
Randy was a diva and a dick but in no way should his behavior be compared with Browns.
No comparison, PP.
Just a quasi-related anecdote.
Antonio Brown is filing a grievance to get his $10 million guaranteed from @Patriots. The @NFLPA will represent him but personal misconduct that can void guarantees is in every contract across all professional sports. Question is: Can he win the grievance?

He's blowing up Twitter with what amounts to "but, Obama" crap. I think this guy needs to take a good year or more off and get some counseling before he even thinks about football again.

Yep. Gotta represent people even if you don't agree with their stance. It's the whole premise of a labor union.
Antonio "TrumpChewyMura" Brown is not facing criminal charges. He should visit the White House and get tips on how to deal with multiple lying women.
Heβs got a decent point when referencing Big Ben and Kraft. Iβm not saying he should be allowed in the league, rather, those two shouldnβt.
The Kraft incident especially. With Big Ben it was before the βprotect the shield β era of discipline. Kraft was literally this summer. So while itβs not the NFL keeping Brown out, itβs literally a guy who was actually arrested and charged for sexual crimes. Lol. Fucking crazy times weβre living bros.

Yup, you represent them, meaning you attempt to make all parties follow the contract.

Explains a lot.
BTW....Iβd tried to delete my original post, but it got copied in a reply. Not trying to open a can of worms. My only experience with unions was paying $250 at McCormick Place in Chicago to a union electrician to plug in my booth light during a convention. Bless their hearts.
Some days Blair, you are the can of worms.

Why do you hate your country?
Somedays I'm a Mary Chapin Carpenter song.

That's quite a leap.
I hate France, I only mildly dislike the USA.
It's early

Patriots should be forced to pay him and lose a 1st rounder just because they are fucking scumbags who colluded with Brown in the first place.
Kraft cant stand the thought of a deviant like AB on the roster while heβs getting a tug n a rub from girls smuggled into seedy strip malls. The Patriot Way!
A Marcedes sighting.
MVS TD
free play !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! touchdown GB
Arod to MVS kick is good 7-0

I love it when our senior citizens post in the wrong thread.

oops
At least it wasn't Goldie doing it.
Can we just ban further AB talk here, who gives a fuck about this asshat.
As long as it's confined to one appropriately titled thread, let people keep talking about it.
Yup, just ban R MaN and Skully from the thread.
