I try not to get to excited since I anticipate the return won't be what anyone hopes for
Brewers sign Jackie Bradley Jr. 2 yr/24M, second year is a player option. Who sits or gets traded, Garcia or Cain?
Nice move by the Brewers.
I have to think this is insurance for Lo Cain if he gets dealt. That contract isnβt looking so good the final two years and guessing that they will look to move him at some point.
I think there will be plenty of at bats to go around. Cain will get Mondays off, someone will be dinged up, etc
Honestly, I think thereβs a lot to be excited for with this team. If they can hit. Yelich needs to be MVP caliber again. Hader needs to be great again.
This Franchise is fucking due...
It sucks that the Dodgers are now the 800 lb gorilla to get past to even be in a WS. And the Padres are probably right behind them. Would be so amazing to see Ueck with a WS ring, however improbable it may seem. He is 87, btw.
Itβs very unlikely you will beat a team like LA or SD in a best of 7 series but I didnβt think the Nationals would win it all either.
I think Milwaukee is very much an under the radar team this year. If the hitting comes around, they should be very competitive.
