I loved Al Johnson's Restaurant with the Goats on the roof!! 
Make sure you stop at The Savory Spoon. Great cheese store. Mike is also a great guy.

My FAV cheese shop was always "Mars Cheese Castle" the old store AND the new one now.
We did hit Al Johnson’s for lunch one day and also went to our first fish boil at the Old Post Office restaurant in Sister Bay. The Cheese Castle is awesome. After Door County we went up to the UP and Pictured Rocks for a day. Unfortunately the boat tours were cancelled because of high wind. First time across the Mackinac bridge on our way back south. Great trip.

I went to the Tip of Door county to a ferry went across " Deaths Door" to Washington Island, Car alarm went off from the Ferry rocking in the rough waters, drove around the island , bought some iron work, saw the old ice breaker boat and came back, Thank God . It was a memorable trip !!
Oh, the Packers Won that trip. Don't get me started about the trip to the Wisconsin Dells. LOL
