The Badger football team is picked to win the West by Big Ten media. No, not fakenews. Not many votes for any player of the year tho.

So there's the kiss of death.
Quite honestly with this schedule and talent they should win the BT West
Time will tell but I always worry a bit about these high expectations as the program has a history in these situations
This season comes down to 4 things-
1) how much has Hornibrook improved?
2) who will he throw to (outside)?
3) will the OL be able to run block to set up the pass?
4) will the secondary be better to prevent the B1G CC level meltdown from repeating?
All good points but something worth mentioning is the Badgers two starting corners (Tindal and Nelson) should be pretty good and Nixon is returning at safety. They need to replace Musso at the other safety position and get the nickel and dime CB positions locked down.
Whether they're up to the challenge of OSU/MU/PSU will be determined by how much Hornibrook improves...

I also worry a lot when this program has high expectations and an "easier" schedule. And then this morning I see that Cichy will miss the season with a torn ACL.
Injuries suck and hate to see that happen to Cichy but it's next man up and they had to adjust last year when he went down with the shoulder injury.
