Was just reading that, and I'm still struck by how ridiculous his season was.

I'm worried that his season will forever be linked to the overall explosion in the passing game, but I think his mix of talent and decision making would have made Rodgers excel in any era. That kind of production with six picks (three of which he can arguably be given a pass on?) Unreal.
I think the most impressive stat is his average yards per throw. To throw for an average of about 10 yards a pass, complete 68% of your throws, and only throw 6 picks is freakish. He's far and away the best deep ball passer in the league. And he throws to far and away the best deep ball receiver in the league, Jordy Nelson.
