Marcus Williams #43.  Complete dumbfukk.

Maybe I'm mellowing with age...but I truly feel sorry for this kid that he is going to carry the stink of that brain fart for the rest of his life.

Yea, no... He's gonna own that one.  That was one of the worst plays I've ever seen.

That has to be the biggest brain fart I've ever seen by a cornerback or safety. And I'm a Packer fan that has watched Dom Capers' defense for years.

Nope! Burnette not taking it to the house and/or Clinton-Prix not making a play on a two point conversion are equally as bad...sorry

Bostick insides, Larry Fitz in overtime. We’ve got plenty of experience with this type of unbelievable brain farts.

I honestly was feeling bad for Viking fans before that fateful play. I guess they were due for the inexplicable to go their way. Let's see what next week has in store. We should only expect some amazing...

Dumbass. Now what is your opinion?

Well, let's see.

The FACTS are that NO started their drive with 1 TO. They took the lead on a FG and didn't use any TOs. If they had 3 TOs as you breathlessly think would have made a difference well, after kicking the FG they still would have had 3 TOs, as you know in real life they didn't need to use any.

NO then used 1 TO before the final play to set their defense.

Minny won the game as time expired.

So the FACTS are that had NO had 3 TOs they still would have had 3 TOs after taking the lead. They would have taken 1 before last play, and they would have had 2 TOs remaining after losing the game.  Maybe you think NO can use TOs after time expires to do something?

So those are the facts, my OPINION is that, in a thread that featured the Viking fan DERP twins, you still had the stupidest fukking take imaginable.

Congrats.

Needed to convert 4th and 10 because sideline routes contested. Did. Clutch. Took lead. Dodged bullet. But forced to leave time. Can’t run off clock with incomplete passes. Still should have won but had to kick off. Anything can happen and it did.  With time outs. Play in the middle. Control clock. Kick FG with no time left. Seems not having TO’s (plural) was an issue.

The Vikings had all of 25 seconds left, and 80 yards to go. Just how much more time, exactly, do you think the Saints could have run off with two more timeouts?

/boggle

The Saints choking on D is why they lost. The extra time outs would have had no impact whatsoever on the outcome. They'd have just lost with two more timeouts in their pocket for the flight home.

Are you trapped under something heavy? In a room with too much CO2?  Should we call the authorities?

Good take.....

No thanks. I loathe authority.

Very matador-like play by the D-back. Got a whiff of Dom-defense there on that last drive.  Don't be surprised if the Queens come out flat against the Iggles.

Keenum can be had if you put pressure on him.

DERP: THE SAINTS LEFT TOO MUCH TIME ON THE CLOCK FOR THE VIKINGS AND SHOULD HAVE LET MORE TIME RUN OFF THE CLOCK.
HERP: ALSO THE SAINTS SHOULD HAVE HAD MORE TIMEOUTS AND STOPPED THE CLOCK MORE OFTEN AND LEFT EVEN MORE TIME ON THE CLOCK FOR THE VIKINGS

It's performance art at this point.

No they don't. The loss of another team coming to town only takes money out of their pockets. They are getting a cut of EVERYTHING that happens up here during those two weeks.

I will say this, i am glad for once in this decade that type of play was not on the packers shoulders.  and fly eagles fly - i won't be able to handle the **** if these guys make it through.  as a football fan - they are not even good, they don't deserve to make it through.  they run picks all day and they get lucky plays, well next week the 12th man is not there.

Agreed. The Queens in the SB would be a minor disaster for the organizing committee. They're counting on as many out of towners as possible.

Just curious how those two loss of TO affected outcome. We will never know for sure. All I said is that it looked to be an issue when faced with 4 and 10 after seeing middle of field open. And you chose that to be fighting words. You amped up tone. So go away little brain.

You still have to wake up as you tomorrow.

I’d expect embaraased queen fans living in other cities rooting for the local team will come crawling back  By the way, who else would want to be in Minneapolis in Feb.

I suppose I can just change Saint’s fans to Eagle’s fans and keep it on file just in case......

This epitomizes ‘98 and ‘09 for Viking fans.  Just brutal to be on the other side.  Wow.

Wtf kind of tackling is that ****???? You wrap up and the game is over.

I think the DB didn't want to hit the WR too early (PI) so he kinda slowed up and ducked.  Diggs makes the catch and the DB wipes out the other defender.  All he had to do was let him catch it. no need to even make a play on the ball.

That is a good rationale and Jimmy Johnson said the same thing. However, they poor cat will still have to live with missing the guy by three feet. Even Deion said it may the worst gaffe he has ever seen. And he made a living out of not tackling.

Then go do it on a forum where people share your exuberance and actually want to read your posts because it’s relevant to the fanbase of the forum.

Though it makes sense that a Vikings “fan” who picked them to get blown out at home in the playoffs would celebrate a win on a division rival’s forum. I expect nothing less from the band-wagoners that comprise almost the entirety of the Vikings “fanbase.” It’s “fans” like you that are the reason the Vikings “fans” have such a terrible reputation.

Everson Griffispth is lisping his way through an interview- you don't deserve to be here.  "God is on our side"

Dion Sanders says " Saints lost the game, vikings didn't win it".

The only thing you don't want to do is leave empty green behind you.  Literally any other decision is the right one. Just nuts.

Congrats on the win. I'm assuming you pushed on the Saints +5?
