Looks like the prize is a prospect SS to replace Arcia. Also includes LHP Eric Lauer who started 29 games for Padres last year.

The SS prospect is Luis Urias, 22 who was MLBPipeline 16th ranked prospect in all MLB. Brewers also get 24 year old LHP Eric Lauer who was the Padres 1st round draft pick in 2016. Brewers also get a player to be named or cash.
Brewers give up Trent Grisham and Zach Davies.
Urias can also play 3rd base. Where he ends up playing depends on Monday's tender offers to Arcia and Shaw.
I'm over Arcia.
Some other big things here are salary related.
Davies is arbitration eligible this year and is likely to jump to about 5 million a year. Lauer is not arbitration eligible until 2021 and will make about 600K this year.
Urias is not arbitration eligible until 2023. Arcia is eligible in 2020 and Urias allows them to consider moving Arcia for more pitching and still have a similar playing under contract for 600K for the next 3 years.
As Ammo says, we'll know a lot more on Monday after those tender decisions.
Love the trade...replaces the hole that happened when the team traded away Dubon last year. Arcia is simply not consistent enough at the plate.
Urias doesnât strike out as much as Iâd like.
Right, makes a person wonder why they want him to replace Arcia. Urias is a natural 2B. Anybody think Huira, with his iron glove and Knoblauch throwing arm, might be destined for 1B? 1B looks wide open right now.
Pretty short first baseman.
True, not ideal size but similar to Thames. Probably not for a couple years but with the DH not being an option his defense must improve to remain a 2B.
Universal DH is only a couple of years away
