Not looking ahead or anything. But if GB can grease out two wins, get Aaron Jones back to pair with Williams, and Rodgers. Everything is in play.

I'm not even thinking about Rodgers playing this year yet. I have little to no confidence in Hundley or in our defense to stop anyone without getting turnovers. Luckily, we are playing lousy QBs this week and next.

Doesn't appear that the Bucs are real interested

I don't think anybody in North America is interested in this game...I swear, if this was what every N.F.L match-up became, I'd start reading Fedya's movie threads.

You're right. This is what Packer Games looked like between Starr and Favre/Rodgers. Hall of Fame QBs make every game more interesting to watch.

They may not have won often, but they were entertaining with Dickey.

You're right. If Dickey had played in this era, he'd have been a Pro Bowler multiple times. He's basically Matt Ryan. Immobile but threw a great deep ball. It's just that defenses were allowed to basically murder QBs back then and he kept getting hurt.

Also, Lofton was the best WR in the NFL back then.

Good stuff. I would also say Dickey comps to Carson Palmer.

You can also argue Lynn was the toughest Packer QB ever. He and Bart took so much punishment. How Dickey ever played with those knees...? There are few genetic freaks like Favre, tbs.

We interrupt this thread to bring you breaking news on the Badgers. Bucky will play Miami in the Orange Bowl on Dec. 30.   We now return to our regularly scheduled thread.

Good matchup. Better than playing in a no-win situation against Central Florida which would have been just like last year playing Western Michigan.

Beat Miami and they end up the #5 team in the country.
