I talked last night to a friend of mine and he told me he sees this as a really significant game.

We agreed the Bucks are the better team, but in Boston and they are going to give this game all they have.  The Bucks are going to do everything they can to win it.  Given it is in Boston, the game is critical to them, and the Celtics are not exactly chopped liver, this could be an intense closely contested game.

Win and this series likely is over fast.  My friend shared that it would also be a compelling statement to the entire league.  I think the league would then see the Bucks as the likely champion of the east and maybe even a team that can pose a legitimate threat to the west, likely the Warriors, of course.

If the Bucks make them pay for crowding the lane, the series is over. Planet Pat has been nails on both ends. Hill has taken it to the Boston PGs all series.

But I have no doubt that the x-factor is Giannis for this game. In some ways the coronation could be tonight- this is the game where the star steps up and crushes the opponent, all their hopes, whatever they thought they were, and extinguishes them. Snuffs then out.

Giannis is that kind of killer. It’s 3-1 after tonight...

A great way to open the game would be to run a play to free up Giannis for a wide open 3 point attempt. Send a message to Giannis that we are confident in your shooting ability.
