Game doesn't really count, but the Bucks have to finish these types of games int the playoffs. The FT shooting from Giannis made this a closer game than it should have been. Can't leave that many points on the table (5 of 12 from the line).

Bucks were -16 with Giannis on the floor tonight. He was 1-7 from 3 and 7-14 from the line. The FTs are a lingering problem. I don't think it's going to get better in the next month.

The Bucks were up 7 with 2 minutes left and Lopez missed a 3, they screwed up an inbounds defensive set to give up a wide open 3, and just fell asleep overall.

It’s not a bad thing that they’re getting some exposure to late game basketball. They have to figure it out. Hill got a great look- he’ll remember that one.

Giannis needs to get out of his damned head. Air balling 3 FTs? Plus these no-pass possessions. I’ll advocate he do his thing, but if you’re having trouble, do something else, like make your teammates better. You make it too easy taking the first fucking shot you see.

Free throws and turnovers cost them this one.

If there’s a silver lining it’s they are playing mostly good teams and the games don’t count.   Playoff warm up to work out the kinks.

Giannis had been doing OK at the line then the damn FT yips came alive again.

They also needed to run more offense through Middleton at the end. He was 8-12 from the floor, 2-3 from 3, and 3-3 from the line with 11 assists. He needed more touches and against a team like the Mavs without a defensive stopper, he'll get a good shot every time (or set up a guy like Hill for a game winner).

I know they didn't need this game -- but damn. To come all the way back only to fall apart in OT plus Hill missed the wide open kill-shot at end of regulation.

Hill was so pissed at himself for missing that shot too. Come playoff time, he makes it. Watch & see.
