Gotta love the contributions up and down the lineup- Ersan 13 pts 11 reb, Matthews 14-4, Brook Lopez with all 11 of his points in the 4th to go with 5 blocks 3 assists, 2 steals...

Giannis goes 30-13-10 and doesn’t play the last 5+ minutes... that amazing. They’re a long ways from being as good as they’re going to be. And they still beat Houston on their opener.

That’s the thing Music.  That was a terrible first half but they came back strong in the 2H without Giannis and quite honestly didn’t get much offensively from Middleton or Bledsoe.

If this team does fire on all cylinders they beat Houston by 30.

The depth on this team is pretty amazing and good to see get the W when they don’t play their best game.

And no one thinks this is a good win for Milwaukee as much as a bad loss for Houston. They just don’t get it... Harden made two damned shots last night. TWO!!! Westbrook shot 7/17!

The Bucks defense took away their supposed rightful MVP and forced other guys to beat them. They were 11/21 as a team from 3 at halftime... they went 5 for 25 in the second half. 66 points in the first half, 45 in the second.

Meanwhile the offense shook off a slow start and scored 67 points in the second half. 67-45 in the second half, and all we hear is the Rockets lost. Hilarious... and just about right. The Bucks somehow are going to “surprise” everyone by kicking everyone’s ass again this year.

Westbrook and Harden demand the ball and when they are off that team is in trouble.

Meanwhile, two of the Bucks best three players had an off night and Milwaukee still won.   The quality depth on this team is crazy good.   Eventually the outside shots will fall whether it’s Matthews or Korver or Erdman or Lopez or Middleton.  Or Connaughton for that matter.
