Matthews’ value has been shown on the other end of the floor. After Coby White had 19 first half points, they put Matthews on him second half and he didn’t score again until the 4th q. Matthews also shot 10/13 from the line last night- so he’s savvy enough to find other ways to score when the jumper’s not falling. I’m not worried about Matthews unless he starts to get hurt. I like the move for him into the second unit, too. Put him and DiVincenzo together and you really make b/u Gs this pay. Sterling Brown needs to start.
The Bucks were rusty last night. Fully expect them to shoot better Saturday.
