We need to see a Wisconsin sports head coach who can elevate the play of this team working with a generational superstar drafted in the latter stages of the 1st round.

Bud will probably interpret this as "see this defense is a great strategy against every NBA team"

Giannis gets a phantom 4th foul call and now that he Hawks are hitting the wide open threes they missed in the first half the lead is down to 13.
Giannis does not play smart basketball. And itâs getting old.

Hawks get it to 8 as they hit another WIDE WIDE WIDE open 3.

Bucks let an absolutely crappy, depleted Hawks team hang around. Maybe up only 8 going to the 4th.
They need to find a way to give Portis more minutes. Heâs been producing, they need to reward that...
Portis might have the best mid-range game on the team other than Middleton. Hell, heâs pretty good from 3 as well.
Thank goodness for Portis, cause the rest of the bench looks pretty bad right now. Weird, when they added several of these guys it seemed like good moves, but collectively they look out of sync.
Worried that Giannis has plateaued...shooting, basketball IQ, etc....his coaches from Kidd to Bud bear the responsibility of this. As many of us have been saying....his role and how they use him needs to be re-defined. #Hakeem

This is a good post. We must be faced with the real possibility that Giannis his skill set and meteoric rise as a star has lead us to thinking heâs going to continue to improve at that rate. The reality of course is that he has plateaued- and the finer points of the game are only ones he can learn by playing. 8.5 years ago he was a junk peddler on a street in Athens. He wasnât groomed from child age to be a star like these others guys were. We need to face the real possibility heâs not going to get mUCB better.
He just needs to keep learning. He has all the tools...
