Notice who didn’t even take a shot in the last seven minutes? Where was Middleton?

Bud messed up there. If you are going to put Giannis back in, you put Middleton back in also. Middleton subbed out with 3:30 left and didn't get back in.

It's one regular season game. Friggin relax. They play 82 to continue the Capt. Obvious theme.

Give the Middleton bashing a rest. Does everyone realize he's shooting 50% from 2, 41.3% from 3, and almost 90% from the line this year?

How about Giannis missing 5 of 16 FTs? Does that mean he's crap, too?

George Hill was 0 for 4 from 3 tonight. Is he shit, too? Or do we forget about the 53 percent he's shooting from 3 for the year?

They lost ONE game to a team with a guy who was hitting 30 footers. It's one game after 18 wins and people are acting like they just lost in the 1st round of the playoffs.

Keep some perspective.

I stopped watching not long after Porzingis hit the dagger 3s.  Surprised the Bucks even got it down to 4 at the end.  They played horrendous tonight.

Not the end of the world, but they came out flat and just never played well on the offensive end all night.  Maybe they relaxed a bit thinking with no Doncic they could coast, but Dallas came to prove why they were the best offense in the league and the Bucks brought much less than their A game tonight.  It was more like a D- effort tonight, ball movement was poor, shooting both inside and outside was real bad.

Just getting home from Fiserv.  Porzingas is an amazing player, and holy cow what range. Those deep 3’s were killer.  Disappointing to see Del Currys other kid explode and outplay all of the bucks guards. Seth and Kristaps were the difference tonight.

And yes we can criticize Middleton. Sitting in the stands watching him miss obvious rotations on defense only to leave wide open shooters , or getting out worked on the boards, more lazy passes, guy can be frustrating to watch especially when the other team is disciplined. 9 points in near 30 minutes is pretty bad when your primary attribute is to be a scorer.

Sterling seems to be missing something.  Awareness, confidence, etc...not sure but he’s deep on my bench if I’m Bud.

Oh well, Not gonna win them all.

IIt’s pretty amazing the game was as close as it was.  Outside of Giannis the rest of the team was garbage.

You know it’s your night when Porzingis is hitting 30 foot shots.  No defense for that type of play.

Good to see Korver come around but Lopez is in a major shooting slump.  DD and Hill had off games shooting which will happen but Middleton and Lopez need to pick up the slack while Bledsoe is out and despite playing 25 minutes you need more than 2 baskets from Matthews.

If the Ersan and Sterling Brown for Covington rumors are legit they need to make that deal today.  Perimeter defense continues to be a problem and Bledsoe won’t help you against swing guys or bigger forwards that can shoot.

While their record may not be outstanding at 18-8 the Mavs are no joke.   Already this year they’ve crushed the Lakers and almost beat them a second time.  They also have wins at Denver, at Houston, Toronto, and now at Milwaukee.   As a team they can fill the basket scoring almost 118PPG.

If I am the Clippers or Lakers or Nuggets or even Rockets I want no part of that team come playoff time because as we saw last night when they get hot they can beat anyone.

By the way an interesting week coming up with the Lakers coming in Thursday and then a pesky back to back over the weekend before a game at Philly on Christmas Day.  This will certainly test their mettle a bit.

Bledsoe does help you against guys like Seth Curry though. Kemba Walker concerns me in a playoff matchup and all their other backcourt defenders (including Brogdon previously) have great length but aren't overly quick.

I share your concern about Lopez. He only played 20 minutes last night and, when he doesn't play, their defense suffers. His presence allows more aggressive close-outs at the three point line because there is nothing easy at the rim. But when he has an 0 for 4 night from 3, he plays himself off the floor. He's 8 for his last 30. When he hits 35% from 3 like last year, it makes them that much more difficult to deal with.

Bad offense feeds poor defense. That’s all last night was. They changed everything- they lead the NBA in 2 pt FG%, and even that was terrible last night outside of Giannis. Bledsoe’s absence definitely was a factor there.

They were missing good looks, layups... the offense got them in position, they just failed to knock it down. Never seen so many air balls on open shots as I saw last night.

They'll be ready for the Lakers...
