The Bucks are shooting 70% and lead by 16 at the half.

I like the tweak in Middleton’s offensive game that has him more comfortable- he’s focusing more on the midrange game, and he’s back in rhythm again. He’s able to get those one on one post looks and floaters and it’s what made him more effective last season. Lopez with 4 more threes. Good grief that dudes crazy...

Giannis picks up his 5th foul on a play that Blake Griffin should have fouled out...

Giannis still has a propensity to get into foul trouble. Part of this is because he often gets called for 1-2 offensive fouls a game. The other is that he often guards the other team's best player.

Bud managed his foul trouble differently last night, taking him out of the end of quarters with one possession left so he didn't pick up a cheap one.

This could cost them in the playoffs.

Giannis gets a few cheap fouls that only get called with these inexperienced refs. Last night he was called for a fouls 5 times, and 2 or 3 were by an reffete officiating in his 6th game- and all 3 are not fouls.

He’s averaging about 3 and a half a game, which is actually up a bit from last year. Meanwhile Griffin regularly flops and then gets away with two hand shoves in the paint like last night.
