It’s quite an accomplishment for this program. They have a sophomore QB and a gang of Freshmen at WR and a freshman RB. They lost arguably their best LB and still have the nation’s best D.

The schedule was favorable- but only the great teams take advantage. And the best part is they’re getting better every week. Their QB is playing his best ball now- which isn’t to say he’s playing great- but how many Championships does Bama have with an “adequate” QB and a great RB/defense? Anyone take anything away from them?

Great season- let’s finish this off by taking care of the Suckeyes...

I can see the drumbeat going already if Bucky wins next week. JT Barrett is hurt, so Wisconsin really didn't beat Ohio State at full strength.

Enjoy the season

It's enjoyable, it's just maddening seeing the national media discounting Wisconsin. Alabama and Auburn beat no one decent in the non-conference schedule either. Clemson loses to Syracuse. Miami loses to Pitt.

Miami has to drop below Wisconsin, but if they beat Clemson they might jump Wisconsin and get in even if Wisconsin beats OSU.

My comment about Wisconsin getting left out assumed Oklahoma, the ACC champ, the SEC champ, and Alabama were the four teams.  I can easily see the committee moving Auburn into the top 4, especially if they go on to beat Georgia (ranked ahead of OSU).  Would they drop Alabama below #4?
