This game will define Mertz career.
I know……and I know I be switching channels, Golf, Tennis, and then there’s Bucky…….I am feeling sick. Big mistake to let Coan go…….so nervous.
We know Scott Nelson can’t cover.
Now we know he can’t catch either.
Defense getting burned on the edges… need to tighten the gaps.
If you had to take a drink every time they said Coan you wouldn't make it out of the 1st quarter

The Badger OL is simply not very good. Not up to Badger standards.

Mertz had one good game and that was his first game as a Badger. Time for the next guy in line.
Questionable PI costs the Badgers… but with the effectiveness of the offense I really don’t get the impression it matters.
I don't think that was a catch. Pretty clear who the media wants to win this game anyway.
I don't care who the QB is, if the Badgers can't run the damn ball they aren't going to do anything on offense.
It’s yet another year of high expectations only to see them underperform and fail to answer the bell.

This defense really seems like they can play with anyone, but not if they are on the field for 80% of the game. So disappointing.
Maybe Mertz will transfer to Notre Dame at halftime.

If Mertz is going to have some sort of a career at some point with Bucky, he needs to sit now. His confidence and the team's confidence in him has to be close to zero.
