1.5 games out of a wild card spot and I have to be the one to start a series thread after one game.
You people (TM) disgust me.

The bandwagon has left the station.
Hard to post anything on the Brewers when their games are not aired in our area. The last time they were broadcast, in my area, was on MLB Network, with the double header against the Giants. Sports from the Twin Cities report only on the Twins. I hope they get a Wild Card spot and move on from there.
I keep tabs on the Crew during the week, but usually only watch games on the weekend. Great start. Finish off the series. Next home stand wonβt be easy.
Great bullpen win last night. They need an extended outing from Burnes tonight as they used 8 pitchers last night (basically everyone except Wiliams). Going to be tough going against Wainwright.
Brewers got a lot of base runners in the 1st and 2nd, but only 1 run to show for it.
Brewers have left 11, yes 11 on base thru 7 innings. If it ain't a homer it ain't a run.
I think theyβre 0-8 with RISP?
Burnes is throwing a pretty good game, too.
Had Wainwright on the ropes early and couldnβt get any clutch hits. Same old same old.
As Ammo said, the main way they score runs in via the long ball. They strikeout too much to consistently string together multiple hits in an inning to manufacture runs efficiently.
