Something I noticed was that the shot clock did not show tenths of a second when Hepburn tossed up a Hail Mary 3. He made the basket but the shot clock expired before he released the ball. I did not see the clock wind down, under 1 second, using tenths of a second. Was that ever a thing, before? Did the shot clock always go from 1 to 0, without the tenths of a second showing?

I think they go by the red lights around the back board. If they are red and the ball is still in or touching the shooters hand the shot is no good.  I don't recall shot clocks ever having tenths of a second.

Bad decision by Hepburn to throw up the last shot with a few seconds left thinking a foul would be called.   Should have tried to get it to Essigan.
