Old school is right, there is not enough difference of opinion on this message board.  To much groupthink.

Just a minor point ...but that would be another "o" for "too" much groupthink.

My daughter in grade school, won the spelling bee in her school.  So she moved on to the next level.  I think it was the second word that was "which" or "witch"  same pronunciation, different spelling.  She neglected to as for it in a sentence and spelled the wrong one correctly.  All I know is that when I was in grade school I could only dream of getting that far.

Take off Plunkett and Roethlisberger and add Unitas and Otto Graham.   Then you have the list.

QB's in the NFL is all that I ever talked about. It's a very unique position in all of sports.

Now you look like a little beach twisting my words to other sports.

I don't know.  But I will right you when I find out.

From the Boss's link:      Is there a position in the NFL that has more influence on the outcome of games than quarterback? Absolutely not.

I would argue this point and say a kicker. Miss a clutch extra point or a game winning field goal or at least one for a tie and he has more influence than any QB.  Unless of course you go for 2.

The QB does have the most control in a football game. But, no where near to the same degree a basketball player who is 1 of 5. There are numerous instances of basketball players taking over a game, never a QB.

Football is the ultimate team game; always has been, always will be.

FWIW, I think players "leading" their teams to victory is a media fallacy. They've perpetuated this myth for decades, and nobody cares other than casual fans or pricks like Cowturd.

Kevin Faulk - WINNER
Barry Sanders - SAD.

Troy Brown - ONE OF THE GREATEST WRs EVER
Randy Moss - FART IN THE WIND

Agreed, Give me Dilfer over Marino any day!!!!!

Give me a top 10 D.

Oh, and a healthy Rodgers.

And maybe a 100% Nelson.

Go ahead and throw in a fit and hungry Lacy.

Why not an "out to prove" Jared Cook too.

And, for good measure, a happy to be back outside and a slightly pissed off Matthews.
