Brewers jump out to a 5-0 lead in the 2nd inning.

Everyone in the lineup has reached based except for Woodruff (who sac bunted guys over) and Yelich who is 0 for 2 this afternoon.

They've been doing all this without anything from Yelich who is now 1 for 15 after his return from the COVID list. I keep thinking he must be close to getting going. He popped up on a 3-1 changeup in the first inning and flied out to the outfield in the second.

Current Brewer road record is 39-20.  If they can go 15-6 in their final 21 road games they would have the 4th best all time road record moving ahead of the 1972 Big Red Machine.  If they could go 16-5 they would tie the 1971 Oakland A's for 3rd all time.  They would need to go 18-3 to move into second place overtaking the 2018 Astros who were 57-24.  1st place all time is the 2001 Mariners at 59-22.  They can't catch that record.

I never saw more brand new Cubbies gear on “life long” fans as I did after they won the Series. Fucking posers. I’ve worn Packer and Brewer gear all these years—-Bucks not so much. But since they won and I didn’t already own a Bucks hatâ€ĶI’m not getting one. I didn’t earn it.

You should have been in the Twin Cities when the Twins were making their WS appearancesâ€Ķ.
