Hope no one posted this yet. Haven't read the commentsb

It felt a bit 'modern' (obviously speaking in the 1930s sense) when it came to his hip movement with his partner, but the overall message really spoke to me. Not sure if those shoes were a correct choice either. Some of the camera angles failed to show how his shoulders were aligned with hers. Hope that doesn't cost him any votes.

I felt the free exploration of some of her spins to be refreshing., very much in line with the tempo and vibe of the obvious reference they had to the Red Scare. Very satiric, that I think the audience understood.

The potential is there. Nice first week.
That's one of the few rules in our house that's written in stone - when the GBP game is on, there is no talking, no asking questions and you can only make light conversation during commercials if GB is doing well. Oh, and no complaining about the beer intake volume either.

For that I suffer most other days. Like right now. Remember how when cable first came out and old guys would watch the weather channel and actually be interested in the forecast for Mobile, AL? Same thing now with the stock shows on CNBC, apparently. Gah!
Donald Driver breaks up fight on DWTS:

quote:
The "Family Matters" alum (Jaleel White), 35, "flipped out," the insider says, after he accidentally stepped on Johnson's foot. When Johnson, 35, exclaimed "ouch" over his blunder, the insider says, White "got in her face," and chastised her for "acting like a baby ... He was shouting at her, calling her an 'idiot.' "

As Johnson momentarily left the studio in tears, fellow celeb competitor Donald Driver overheard the commotion and "tried to calm him down," the insider says. Unmoved, White "started going off on the producers and shouting about how they put him with a 'stupid' partner."
