No Bucks player besides Giannis can finish in the paint.
Giannis needs a rest, but I'm not sure they can afford to sit him.
The Bucks are really missing Middleton.
Lopez has 2 points WTF
Bobby Portis has potentially lost a lot of money in this series.
Down 8 with Giannis getting a break, and then G. Allen of all people gets the offense. Pretty good defense by Theis, but he's getting the anti-Horford treatment.
Now the game gets cut out for me for a tornado warning that doesn't affect me........

He's a borderline Hall of Fame player. It's not surprising they miss him. He's a top 30 offensive player in the NBA in the regular season and probably top 10 in the playoffs since his ability to score in isolation sets is what makes him go.
It's not just that they miss him for what he can do. They also miss him for what it forces all the other guys to do outside what their optimal roles are.
Holiday can bully smaller guards, but he's not going to win in isolation against bigger players very often. Portis is a great guy to take shots when he's the 4th guy the defense has to worry about, but not when he's asked to do what Middleton does.
Portis has come up small in this series.
Holiday again has stretch of possessions where he completely screws up the Bucks. Just brutal offensive basketball.
Holiday missing toilet seaters in the paint. Gotta make those shots!

Holiday is not a guy you want iso-ing in the playoffs against elite defenders. He's not Middleton, but unless Giannis is going to shoot 50 times they have no other options with Portis looking like a deer in the headlights.

You *want* to watch your team lose badly?
Perhaps the tornado warning is a sign you should go ice some cookies.
It ain't in the cards this year, guys.

in the basement!
86-77 Boston at the end of the 3rd.
9 points might be too much of a deficit for a non-Middleton Bucks team on the offensive end.
But man, Giannis has given them a punchers chance in this. He's been unbelievable with almost no help whatsoever on offense.
He's 13 for 21.
The rest of the team is 17 for 50.
The Bucks look overmatched at this point.
Down 12. This is probably over. Bud's next biggest decision may be to decide when to sit guys and get ready for Game 6.

With Holiday and Portis crapping the bed on offense and no Middleton, they have lottery team level offensive talent outside of Giannis.
That shot by Pritchard seals it. They cant seem to do anything wrong.
Any timeline for Middleton's return?
Bucks bench 5 for 15 from the floor. Celtics Bench 10 for 12.
Iβm sorry but Bud has failed miserably in this series
Instead of getting Giannis and Lopez in the paint and forcing Boston to defend them itβs iso iso iso pretty much the Toronto ECF all over again
Games 3-5 shooting
Bobby Portis 8 for 26, 1 for 7 from three
Jrue Holiday 23 for 69. 7 for 23 from three.
Itβs all setting up for game 7 in Boston
The NBA will drool over that possibility but Milwaukeeβs best chance was to win this one and game 6. Thereβs zero chance they win game 7 in Boston.
I sure as hell hope Middleton is 5 minutes from an amputation because they could use him at even 80%
And the Brewers lost giving up 14 runs. To a historically bad Reds team.
Oh, the humanity.
Brewers are a flawed team.
Bucks arenβt but not having Middleton against Boston pretty much makes them flawed.

But, but, but Yelich went for the cycle, today.
