Leach absolutely flattened Mulumba on second down. Impressive how he came back on 3rd down and ate up the block and drew a holding call. Not sure Lattimore knows what he's doing or not but he doesn't waste a split second deciding where he wants to go. The guy that held Mulumba tried to grab a hold of him as well and he still got to the sideline the same time as Rice. Impressive. 

And it's hard to believe the effect Jolly is having on the front 7. He's making a lot of people better.

Lots of good things from Morgan Burnett there. Didn't really appreciate how good he was until he wasn't in the lineup. 

Burnett's best play of the day was on that goal line stand.  He engages the blocker, rolls off of him and take Rice down as he was making a bee-line to the pylon.  Looked more like somthing a savvy LB would do.  That was really impressive.

Good call.

Looked like something Woodson would do....maybe that's where Burnett learned it

Great breakdown, it's incredible the impact that JJ is having on this team!!!

I can't wait for them to make him a game captain.  Sometime late in the season when they need a little more.

Informative, interesting breakdown. The best part was that it looked like everyone knew exactly what was going to happen and how to do their jobs to counteract it. And then they executed. I think this sequence, and most of the game, was an indication that Capers and his staff was on his game.

And speaking of photobombs, I like how Rodgers got bombed when he was named captain in Week 1... linky
