There are people in every other organization in the league that would gladly take their place, or any place in the Packer organization.

Think for a minute: would you want to work for a guy like Dan Snyder of the Redskins?

The GBP "bleed talent" cause we got tons to spare. The phones are ringing off the hook for people to replace those vacancies. The GBP gets to pick the best. They are vetted by the board of directors not some rich dude looking for an ass-kissing boot polishing monkey.

Welcome to X4 monkey's brother.
Ya der hey justa add doncha know: the flip side is that I'd be willing to bet not too many phone calls from Mark Murphy go to voicemail these days. In fact something tells me that every secretary and switchboard operator in all NFL front offices are told by a number of individuals: any calls from the 920 area code or someone named Mr Murphy get put thru even if I'm in the bosses office
It's a natural progression, and one I'm sure that the Packers are well-prepared for. It's also a sign of a healthy, robust organization, IMO.

Think about it this way: In recent years, there was a similar (or larger) percantage of ex-Packers coaches who were Head Coaches. Although there may have been some immediate impact felt, we quickly recovered, and look where we are today! I expect the same to happen with MM; younger coaches will grow and eventually leave to run their own programs.
This is what's happening in the front office.
