4th turn-over for Horny
Chryst should resign.
People that get up for beating a bunk ass program like the Goophers are funny
It should be automatic. And has been. Until now.
PJ Fleck LMFAO
How does that taste Wisconsin?
Where is ammo? Own it dude
If Hornibrook starts another goddamn game Chryst should be fired immediately
Hornibrook torpedoed not only the season, in many ways, but probably any chance Taylor had at the Heisman.
and βTHE NO BOWLβ is good enough for Bucky.
Chryst making sure Horni doesn't throw a pick 6.

He'll start the Bowl game.
The gopher fans have started gathering by the goal post, on the north end zone.
I hope they didn't host any recruits this weekend.

Get it together man.
Badgers better hope like hell Mertz doesnβt pull his commit
If Taylor is smart heβs gone
Iβm not getting anything together
Dude runs his mouth about UW owning MN and heβs nowhere to be found
This is not a good MN team but was today
Gophers embarrass the Badgers, in a year of low moments, Wis saves its lowest for the season finale.

Where would Taylor go? Sit a year waiting for the draft?
If I'm Mertz, I see this as the job being even more ripe for taking.

The season is not over......we're going bowling! Horni rules in the post season.
I guess players can enter the draft after three full years have passed since high school graduation.
Why canβt Taylor enter the draft?
Why would he enter the draft? Fumbles a lot and not a very good receiver.

He can't yet.
37-15 at home
In all of my years watching this team it might be the most one sided embarassing loss I can recall
This Minnesota team is a joke. Yet they came into your house and dominated
Just forfeit the damn meaningless bowl game and work on next year. And and I am Chryst you had better step it up this ainβt Kirk Ferentz and his lame lifetime contract

Oh goody
Make sure itβs an $EC opponent with good athletes to pick off Hornidud like 6 times

Actually, the worst thing that could happen would for Horni to play well enough in the bowl to think that he's the answer next year.

Own what? Reading your drunk posting is a waste of time.
And since you want to know where I was I went hunting. I'd sure hate to be out in the woods if I knew your drunk ass was out there.

I hope you understand that these two things don't jive with each other. No bowl game and there is no extra work. This season sucks balls, but these young guys need all of next months practices for the piece of shit bowl.
Oh I get it. Youβre hunting. Did that 2 point buck shoot you? Because thatβs the equivalent of what happened today.
Your tagline βBadgers own Goophersβ ax whatever many years is tired and now officially retired.
I guess hunting allowed you to respond so whatever. Props to you. Hope PJ Fleck doesnβt read this site he might trademark your bunk ass comments. With or without alcohol.
What extra work could possibly allow Hornibrook to suck more?
I get it play the kids allow them to take their lumps but they have the last 4-5 weeks. No stupid 5th rate bowl game will make a difference.
I am starting to wonder if the Artist has taken over T's body...

Go sleep it off. And then get some help and therapy.

Q1- Probably none. So the **** what? Piss and moan about a shitty bowl all you want, this team needs as many reps as possible.
Follow up statement- More reps makes a difference. It is essentially something more than nothing.
It was a shit season from a horribly overrated team. But you are essentially the guy who says better to not make the tournament than lose in the second round.
And the guy who said the Brewers were finished in late August.
And you forgot to add a very injured defense. The young DBs will be a lot better next season.
I also wonder what bunk ass means.
Itβs a lot more than just the young DBs and the coverage. Their run defense this year at times was horrific. 200+ allowed against the Gophers was embarassing.
Nelson and Baun played OK this year but they need to replace Connelly, Van Ginkel, Edwards, and Dixon. Maybe Sagapulo as well.
Offensively they should be fine. Need to have the younger OL step up but depth should be there. Bottom line they need a QB. Someone that can muster more than 15 points against the likes of Minnesota.
I don't think we need to worry about or D-coordinator getting poached this year.
Obviously losing these linebackers will be a big deal, but there is talent in Orr and Sandborn and Grady come highly regarded (doesn't mean shit til is shows on the field, I get it). Getting a healthy Loudermilk and Rand should make a huge difference to the run defense (health always being a wildcard).
I'd say the chances of Sagapolo coming back is 0%, maybe less.
Listening to KFAN this morning, it is amazing what a big this win is to them. I personally thought the Gophers would win once I saw that Hornibrook was starting.
This was just a bad year that maybe this program was just due for. Other than the horrendous QB play add in:
- Injuries
- The preseason Cephus thing.
- Massive losses on the defensive side of the ball from the previous year.
- General overrated-ness.
- Underachieving OL.
Personally, the OL play is what was so disturbing this season.
Yep, I bought into the hype too, Six months ago I thought this week would have been 15 years with the ax, and we would be preparing for the Big ten championship.
still 14 consecutive years with the ax is something the Badgers can be very, very proud of.
The O line got the SI cover jinx. Just awful. The whole system is predicated on wearing down the opposing defense. If that doesn't happen, you get yesterday.
Hopefully this embarrassment bought Fleck an extension.
The veteran leadership was just not there this year. Injuries did have an impact for sure. But what was shocking to me is the coaching. At times this year they have looked overmatched. Thatβs shocking.
PJ Fleck is a complete idiot. Heβs in the Jim Wacker and Tim Brewster category. Yet he ran circles around Chryst and Co. Unreal on so many levels.
Need to regroup and get back to square one. Pray that Mertz sticks and get after it in 2019 because this season is dead and buried.
I thankfully only saw a little bit of this game and missed the Goofers with the Axe.
This season to me is over and looking back I think the main factors were injuries, losing so many players on defense and Horriblebrook's play. I had a feeling that once you had to move OL over to play DL because you are so depleted it was going to be a long year on defense.
But, all that being said I do think next year could be lining up to be pretty good. Why? there won't be any expectations, Chryst has been recruiting well, young players got valuable experience, and the schedule looks to be pretty doable.
The schedule was also a lot more challenging this year. You knew games at Penn State and at Michigan and even at Northwestern would be difficult.
Losing to BYU and Minnesota at home should never have happened. With or without the injuries.
Regroup and reassess and get after it again in 2019.
