Game over.  There are some questions that even the softball local media is going to need to ask.  Over 300 yards rushing allowed?  Fire-able offense by the defensive staff in my opinion.  If I were MLF, I’d be making a change at DC after this game for starters.

I hear there top candidate from the 2021 off-season for the job is available.

If MLF doesn’t can Barry before the next game, I’ll have lost the rest of the respect I have left for him.  How long did it take for Savage to be held accountable?  How long did it take to hold Amari accountable?  Was Rodgers ever held accountable?  Why did it take so long last year to hold Drayton accountable?  Another year line this one, and MLF will be on the hot seat.  If I’m Gutey, I’m putting MLF on notice tomorrow.

If ever there was a clear path to starting Love, it happened tonight.  Basically out of the playoffs, Rodgers thumb and now rib/oblique, Love looked pretty good.

GB now has all the excuses in the world to start Love against the Bears.  Literally nobody would be upset about it (other than AR).  If the FO was worried about a backlash by starting Love over AR, those days are over.

Historically bad run defense.

Somehow I feel that Berry would like that as a badge of honor. Worst hire by Marty and that’s saying something.

Is this regular season only?  Surely there's a SF playoff game on that list somewhere.

I've had it with Joe Barry.
There is no mystery about what the the Philly offense is good at.
It is his job to design a game plan that blunts an opponents strength, yet somehow he manages to construct a plan that allows them excel and double down on their strengths.

I wonder if Matt LeFleur  and Jim Leonard are both having second thoughts tonight.

Love needs to play the rest of the this season regardless of the injury status to Rodgers, give the diva some humble pie. Love look so much better at the helm.

I know they've tried to play both sides of the issue, but would you put it past this FO to fuck around and create the situation, unwittingly, for Love to slip through their grasp?

Agreed.  Love looked good today, but I think he still forces too many balls when pressured.

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt since he looked a lot better than he did any other time he played. Also, he threw that laser at the ground in the EZ because he had nowhere else to go; that's smerter than trying to force it.

Also, I seem to recall everyone knocking Love for running rather than throwing. So, he's over-corrected a bit. Let's see what he can do in a whole game now, and we'll get a truer picture rather than these bits and pieces we've seen in games so far.

Rodgers had a learning curve like most qbs who end up great. Coaching is important, but field time is where a player will learn for himself aside from being coached up. There's no question that Rodgers took the bull by the horns in 2008 and worked his ass off to become better.Tonight, Love earned that opportunity to make on field mistakes he can learn from. Eerily similar to 12's early career after tonight.

He was outstanding throwing from the pocket. He was a little off throwing on the move, but we've been spoiled by how easy Rodgers has made that look for years.

Granted, but the knock on Love the last couple of years has also been consistency. A ton of QBs/coaches have studied Rodgers and his throwing on the move mechanics and many of them are executing it pretty well these days.
