Awareness is certainly better than Hundley. But, the knock with Kizer has been red zone efficiency. Let's see if Philbin can fix it.

Good and great big bodies that can play at the NFL level are not that easy to find. What makes it harder is the fact that they don't always 'mature' at the same rate. It's a crap shoot and hindsight is always 20-20 except when you hit.

What we learned tonight.
1. OL depth is as bad as we thought.
2. Hundley is worse than we thought.
3. Kizer isn’t far behind Hundley.
4. The QB room isn't fine after Rodgers.
5. We learned nothing about the rookie WRs because of 1-4. Which is a complete ****ing waste of a trip out west.
6. Josh Jackson is good.
7. Opie can punt.
8. Hundley is the backup.
9. Hundley is the backup.
10. Hundley is the mother ****ing backup.
Get the fudge off the field.
That was pitiful.
Boyle isn't going to get a start over someone with NFL game experience. Best thing for Boyle is they stash him on the PS.
If tonight’s game is any indication, Campen did not do too well with the backups. Perhaps there are too many substitutes in too many different positions.
