Don’t know if it’s just me..but why does it seem like the playcalling for these two teams is a lot more dynamic than G.B.?

The more I think about it, these guys must be related somehow. They are both very decent people who aren't exactly dynamic. They both ran very conservative schemes, but were ultimately done in, in large part, because their QBs just made too many dumb mistakes.

Mike Sherman coached the Packers for 6 years. He won more than 10 games in 4 of those years and only had one losing season. Both re-established the foundation of the program or the team after a previous coach started to veer in the wrong direction (Ray Rhodes and Gary Andersen).

Both got fired after having one losing season (Chryst was 2-3 when he was let go).

Mike Sherman was 57-39. Chryst was 67-26.
