Really eager to get news on Jordy and Martinez. Not sure anyone else got hurt significantly since Monty somehow returned.

Was stunned to see how effective Cobb was. Great to have him back.

Why are you stunned?

I'm fairly certain if a playoff berth was on the line, Cobb would've played vs. the Loins. Since the Redskins lost, guaranteeing the Pack was in the playoffs, MM rightly made Cobb inactive to rest up that ankle another week. Cobb had a bye week. It had been 3 weeks since he had any meaningful action. 3 weeks to heal & it showed.

Packers are always cautious with injuries. We do what we do......

Jordy probably has busted ribs. That's dangerous for spleen & kidney if he plays with them.

I'm hopeful Jordy can go & at least be a decoy.

We just can't catch a break on the injury front.

No way Jordy plays Sunday and Geronimo is going to have to step up. Between injuries and rather lackluster play of late it's easy to forget just how dynamic Cobb can be when he's on his game. He and Davante need to keep it up with Jordy out of the lineup.

I got kicked in the ribs by a cow once, no broken ribs, but I could not breath without pain for weeks.

If Jordy can be back on the field in two weeks, that would be amazing.

After missing last year you have to think Jordy will do everything possible to play again this season.

They can beat Dallas without him.

If Starks isn't ready to go this week, might be time to IR him and make room for Pennel, they'll need the beef up front.

I haven't heard anything on Jordy's injury other than he injured his ribs. Jordy really looked like he was hurting after that play.  I haven't heard anything, whatsoever, on Martinez's injury either. Is it the same leg he hurt earlier this season?

Other than that, how did the date go?

Whatever it ends up being, I thought after watching the hit and then watching Jordy's reaction all the way into the tunnel that it was really serious.  I don't think we'll see him again until TC.

With bruised rib or non-displaced crack in a single rib he has a chance to play. If more serious probably not.

Given he did not return & the ferocity of the hit those are possible injuries. He still has an outside chance to play.

How could a hit like that result in anything less?

How can that hit go unpenalized? There was absolutely no need for him to lead with helmet.

The NFL should see to it that he get more than just a $15k fine for knocking one of its bigger stars out of the playoffs on an unnecessary hit.

Got hit in the ribs by a Pontiac Firebird once....broken ribs, punctured lung, ruptured spleen, and renal failure, etc....watching Jordy get hit so brutally yesterday, literally made me SOB (short of breathe for the dimwits).

Pretty sobering to see what these guys give of their bodies !! Will be interesting to see the leagues reaction to the hit. Whatever it is it won't make a difference.

I once ate bad ribs. I pooped chocolate milk like it was being shot out of a pressure washer. Seems germane to the conversation.
