It's Barry. Like with many other DC's we've had, we'll probably unload or lose some guys that are under performing, and like Hayward and Hyde, they'll go somewhere and thrive.
If Gutey and AR are in the same room who is smarter?

Gutey. But AR thinks heβs smarter!
Herman says his film review showed the lowest overall grade for the defense this season. He really hammered Savage, saying the effort isn't there & Rudy Ford has consistently graded out higher. Referenced Demovsky's article about players unhappy with scheme / play calls and wonders if Barry has lost the defense, saying this lack of effort may confirm that.
Also isn't a coincidence they just played the best offense they've seen this season.

I vote that we make Henry the GM.

Well Savage would be safe.
This thread feels like itβs from 2013β¦who is to blame, Ted or Capers? Itβs kind of funny that since the Capers angst began we have changed DCβs a couple times, changed HCβs, changed GMs, and turned over the roster almost completely yet weβre basically still talking about the same issue. It seems like it may ultimately be a culture issue that has led to so much underachieving in GB. Kind of interesting that these same trends have been since we lost guys like Woodson, Driver, Clay, Nick Collins, Tramon, Sitton, Lang, maybe others. Those guys were vocal leaders and held their teammates accountable. Team takes on the personality of its leaders who set the tone.

What's the topic, subject?
It's a multitude of mistakes throughout the entire organization.
