I'm not generally opposed to switching positions depending on the circumstances; drafting a down lineman in the first round to make the switch to linebacker is a really big risk that I didn't care for at the time.

From JSO:

Green Bay —  The Green Bay Packers announced Monday which organized team activity (OTA) and minicamp practices would be open to the media and public. They are as follows...

OTA's: Thursday May 28, Tuesday June 2, Wednesday June 10 (all at 11:30 a.m., Clarke Hinkle Field)

Mandatory Minicamp: Tuesday June 16 through Thursday June 18 (at Clarke Hinkle Field, exact times to be determined)

Also, players will report to training on July 29 with the first practice set for July 30.

Rookie orientation camp will be held this upcoming Friday and Saturday.

@PeteDougherty: By my count 59 players at rookie minicamp: 8 draft picks, 17 UDFAs, rest tryout players & few holdovers from last year allowed to partake

@RobDemovsky: #Packers rookie camp roster. Tryout players with an asterisk. http://t.co/TRHqszYcyN

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady will be suspended by commissioner Roger Goodell for his role in Deflategate, reports Gary Myers of the New York Daily News.

Myers reports that the decision is expected to be announced next week and that it's a matter of how many games the quarterback will be suspended

PFF with its ranking of the league's top players from 2014.

...When the dust settled, we saw four teams feature with seven players each (Dallas, Baltimore, Green Bay and Denver) while O-lineman as a group earned 18 spots to pace the position-by-position race...

Here are the Packers:

  2. Aaron Rodgers

30. Jordy Nelson

35. Josh Sitton

51. Eddie Lacy
58. Randall Cobb

78. T.J. Lang

99. Mike Daniels

A far better list. The players are clueless.

A lot of "stuff" of late. I get it. Dead time. I read comments by Sitton, whom I respect, saying he's finally moved on. I don't know. Part of me says let it go. But I know that all of these prediction threads mean **** unless GB is not playing ball again in 2016 to go to SB. Am I over it now or will I ever be? Not until GB wins SB this year I hate to say. It was way, way, way, way too close. Just freestyling now, but I don't watch local TV that much anymore. SportsCentet either. That's by choice I know but **** has changed.

It's a shame that that bspn is the only choice other than NFL Network.

Fox is even more pitiful; they have a broadcast contract, but their NFL-related shows don't even reach the "fluff" level.

If you're lucky enough to have a strong market for locally-produced shows, there may be a lot more choices available.

However, there's no better place to keep up with current news than right here at x4. There are more links than I can read at times for info that has the most interest to me. Including Al....

I mean, what are the chances a casual fan has seen, much less discussed, that Tomsula video?

I'm missing football so much I'm working my way through that NFCCC and let me tell you, MM had that team PREPARED to dominate, with the exceptions of Hawk and Jones on the fake field goal (the stupidity) and when CMIII had to leave late. I have full confidence that whoever lines up inside in the future will not be as incompetent.

It's REALLY helping me get over 2015 to know the Seahawks were our b!tches in that game, until the meltdown. Had Bostick just done his one job, I think we still win it going away....

I'd like to think Mike McCarthy opened up OTAs playing the last few minutes of the Championship game telling everyone you can't move forward until you bury the past. And just before Seattle won the game in OT TJ Lang smashed the projector with a bat and then replaces it with this:

...and, that's just like two of the 8 or 9 game changing plays given up by various Packers players. Any one of them going the other way, and we win the game. 3 no name receivers caught long passes on Tramon and House, 2 of them went for TDs. Nick Perry couldn't tackle Marshawn Lynch on his 24 yd. TD run off left tackle to give SEA the lead. he didn't notch a single sack either.

Hawk and Jones looked punch drunk on his other runs up the middle. Lynch primarily ran over those two and Nick Perry all day for 157 yds.

Glad that fing sh!t is over! New season.

Exactly 91 days away from me starting to scrub this persistent Seattle stink off.

I legitimately cant cant wait for 2015 to start. And I've circled week 2 of the schedule enough times to tear paper.

I see both the ST and defense getting their share of the blame for the Seattle debacle but you really need to point out the contributions of the offense. AR had a QB rating of 55.8 and the team scored a grand total of six points off five turnovers. Neither is good enough for a NFCC game.

Time to try and move on and hopefully the team will use that game as fuel for the upcoming season.
