Matthews returns and the Bucks are back to 100%. Would like to see Giannis get back to pre-Christmas Day form... he’s struggled some of late, though he had 30 against the Wolves.

Correct- visiting family for New Years.
Defense picked up there at the end of the quarter- got them back in it.
They’re making everything, even contested threes. But the Bucks are active and starting to find the holes. Bledsoe’s penetration is so key.
Korver starting to find his groove in the Bucks offense. Budenholzer really justifying the extra playing time for him to get him in that groove.
Bucks shoot 57%, 52% on threes to lead 71-66, but it’s ridiculous what the Spurs are making. Everything they’re tossing up is a swish...
Their Giannis wall has been effective. That’s why Bledsoe is so critical- he moves the pieces on the floor, forces attention. But we never see Giannis in places he can use his footwork. Always too far from the basket.
Bucks doing a lot of good things but not finishing offensively. Defense has picked up, Spurs are regressing to the mean from the field, but because they’re not finishing the Bucks aren’t taking advantage.
When the Bucks take early threes, they keep the other team in the game.

This is great play by Bledsoe- RoLo is playing well, he gets him the ball back to back possessions to start the 4th.

Spurs came out smoking hot, then regress to the mean. Another ho hum victory...
Pop pushed Giannis to prove he has a complete game. No dunks, make him make free throws, and hit the outside shot....Giannis came through big time. Hit his free throws, and buried the outside shot.
