Shepherd to the PS?

Why not try Josh Jackson? He's been on the active roster, might as well get some kind of use out of him.

It would not be a bad idea if he had some speed to him. He has not been used much because he is not too good in man coverage but who knows he might have some moves to him as a returner.

Didn't do much at Iowa. Returned a few punts his Junior year. Nothing memorable.

I don’t care if Mahomes is playing or not, this is going to be a dogfight.

That's what I used to think a long time ago, like  20 earth minutes.

Now I'm covered either way.  I lose, I blame pakrz.  It's perfect!

Seriously though I think the new regime isn't about complacency and they got something they want to show off.  Offense is clicking and what Hungry 5 said.  I'm in.

KOR just has to play smarter.
If teams are going to kick off short (inside the 10), line up on the outside of the goal line. If it's near the sideline, give it a chance to go OOB.
If it's inside the 5, see if it will bounce into the EZ. Just because it's kicked short doesn't mean a return is mandatory.

What was the deal Cobb did a couple/three years back? Touched a KO while he was OOB, yet it resulted in being spotted at the 40?

I can't embed the video, but here's a link to the play:

Smert.

Atta boy @Timmy!

Special Teams are key. That's how the Chiefs stay in this. Not worried about Packer offense or defense but they cannot turn the ball over nor allow the Chief special teams explosive plays.

Packers need to jump on em early just like they did with that fraud team in Minnesota. Just like they did to the Cokeboys.

Packers win. Not sure they cover 5 points but good luck.

P.S. unrelated my upset special is Browns over Patriots -- Yes I bet it (+450) on the MoneyLine

Anybody want to reminisce about the last time the packers visited Arrowhead?  I seem to recall 13-0 and the same “this will be easy” attitude I’m seeing this week.  And when’s the last time Rodgers beat Andy Reid?  People are getting way to cocky about a team with the 26th ranked defense and no real significant victories.  I don’t care if Mahomes is playing or not, this is going to be a dogfight.

This is the dumbest fucking thing i've read since the last time this forum had a jackass from Queenchat over here.  Have you been sent down to the basement while "smokeshow" gets it from a real man again?

I guess the Queenies are insignificant. Good to know

I'll take the heat.  GB wins this game and covers.

Welllllll.....they played on Thursday. Now, they have to root for the refs to make bad calls against the juggernaut that is the Green Bay Packers.

Onward & upward. These next 5 games are critical for the playoff push, especially that Carolina game. They can slip up against one of the AFC teams (not both).

One week at a time. Go 1-0 every single week & keep playing music during practice. Really liking the locker room right now.

Savage coming back tonight (Hopefully) is huge.  Mahomes being out helps, but Moore will still have plenty of targets with Hill, Watkins and Kelce. The TE concerns me the most.

KC is missing the left side of their starting OL. The Smith Bros will be licking their chops. A much more immobile Moore (compared to PM) should be uncomfortable most of the night.

Yeah if we drop this week and next week I don’t really care. Other than overall record these games aren’t back breakers. After that though 4 of the final 7 games are against playoff contenders. If we can go into the BYE at 9-1 or 8-2 we will be in great shape for the final stretch, but 7-3 (if we drop the next two) isn't too bad if we’re healthy.

Compelling argument.  Only a queens fan would dare show tempered enthusiasm or point out flaws in the team.  I stand corrected, 15-1 it is without a worry.  Kumerow is the white Jerry Rice.  LaFluer is Bill Walsh reincarnate.  We’ve seen all we need to see.  Get the rings on order.

1: It doesn't matter one bit how cocky any fan is. They're not playing the game.

2: The 13-0 team was what, 8 years ago?  WTF does that have to do with today?

3: No real significant victories?  You gotta be shitting me with that nonsense.

1.  True.  It also doesn’t matter how reserved any fan is.  They’re not playing the game.

2.  It’s completely relevant as this is exactly the position they were in then, reading all the press clippings about how great they were only to get rolled by a KC team that wasn’t as good as their present team even without PM.

3.  Who?  The Vikings are significant as we only have one game on them.  Lions?  Raiders? Broncos?  Bears?  Cowboys? I’m talking about teams that look to be a force in the playoffs.  There aren’t any on that list.  Pull the Vikings out of the win column and our opponents are a combined 14-17. Not a lot of significance there.  Sorry.

The Bears? Defending division Champs, opening night in there place. Who was to know  they'd suck this year. Queenies? The most staaacked team in history. 84 million $ QB. Cowboys? Expected to be a playoff team. Dak,ZEEK EEL, Cooper, and the statue Witten. Another win in Aaron's House. Loins? Easily could have only 1 loss.

Who have the Vikes beaten? Falcons suck, So do the Raiders and Broncos. Redskins 2nd worst team in the leaque and Buzz Cuzz doesn't even throw 1 TD.

Queens even lost to Chase Daniels. Chase Daniels?

You're sad jaymo...... just sad.

The Packers have only won in Arrowhead 2 times- strike shortened season when the Chiefs had the immortal Frank Seurervat QB, and in ‘07 with Favre.

The Packers always seem to play like shit there. This game is far from in the bag. The Chiefs defense is vulnerable in the secondary, so hopefully the offense can exploit that.

Protect Rodgers and you win the game.
