Remember the season when head coaches kept getting fired after playing the Packers?  I want that.

Do ya think Dom Pettine will get fired? They could hire Wade Phillips after the bye since they got him fired the year you're referring to. Be a nice present for Wade.

I don't know if Keke's production is a sign of things to come, but dude can haul ass for a guy his size.

This is Revis Island-level respect for an NFL cornerback:

And, even more impressively, it's not like the corner on the other side (Kevin King) is a stiff. In other words, they appear to be specifically avoiding him rather than targeting a really weak corner on the other side.

it's also amazing he allowed 1 catch for minus 2 yards. Jeebus.

Against a very good passing team as well. It wasn't like he was playing against a Brett Hundley type.

The minus yardage is reminiscent of perhaps the greatest defensive statistical accomplishment in Packer playoff history - the 1994 playoff game where the Packers held Barry Sanders to -1 yards in 13 carries.

Packers just need to play keep away with the ball. The Falcons D doesn’t present any kind of intense challenge, so there’s no reason we can’t run it 30-40 times and keep Ryan off the field. Falcons are not very disciplined, so I can see this being a sloppy game for them. It’s about culture right now and GB’s lockerroom knows how to win, Atlanta’s knows how to lose games.

My first game at Lambeau...

I agree he isn't going anywhere.  I will defend him and say the defensive struggles are lack of a play maker at ILB and they need better DEs to compliment Clark.

Certainly fair to question some of the moves Gutekunst has made (and hasn't). Pettine is safe for the year but his seat will be getting warm if the trajectory of the defense doesn't improve.

I agree Pettine's seat will be warm but on the condition that Gary continues to make impact plays this year.   If Gary and Savage produce, than we cannot say Gute hasn't injected talent.   That would be additions of Amos, Smith x2, Savage and Gary.

Granted none of them play DL, but Pettine has enough to work with there.   He could do more to force teams into passing via scheme, thus force them into the strength of your personnel.    Last week we saw him be too cute with personnel in the 1st half basically asking the Saints to run on early downs.   They accommodated the request and it wasn't pretty.   He adjusted some and our Offense scoring put them in a position where they had to abandon the run.

It's not a good strategy to rely on your offense scoring enough to force the opponent to pass.    Will see what he does vs Gurley and other backs going forward, but it shouldn't include dime on 1st n 10 with Burks as one of your Edge rushers.

There must be some sort of a wink and a nod between out-going and in-coming GMs in GB about maintaining the long-standing tradition of having the shittiest MLBs in the league.

This Kirksey guy, healthy or not, isn't worth a flying fuck either.

Patrick Queen.  Jesus fuc.q!!!!

Right, the same guy who got torched so bad by the rookie KC RB (CEH) they had to take him off the field & THEN the Raven defense improved (somewhat).

Did you watch the KC Chief vs. Raven game on MNF? I did.

Now....will Queen improve? Probably but he isn't some lights out Defensive Player of the Year here. Not yet anyway
