I think he'd be doing fine with this roster.  Lots of talent on it.  Maybe not better than Pettine but better than he was before the roster makeover.  Almost all the high round talent drafted for the D in his later years were busts.  It was time for change but look at the talent on that side of the ball from 2015-1017.

You are dreaming. His concepts are way too ancient.

Right now I don't care what the score is or how this team wins just get the wins that is all that counts.  If the defense can stay healthy and when the offense catches up look out for this team.

Agree. Just win. Defense is carrying the water right now.

Just think, if we trot last years defense out there we are likely 0-3.

How many of us, back in August, would have guessed this team would be 3-0 given their first three opponents and the fact that there was a new head coach and a new offense to implement?  I was guessing we might be 1-2 at this point.  Barring significant injuries,  I'm confident this defense will keep us in every game.  Dallas's offensive line might be the biggest challenge.  Once Rodgers masters the new system nobody will want to play this team.

So the route is Rong....Rodgers knows it, gets pissed & Chuck's the ball into the turf to avoid a sack & avoid an INT.

Smert 😉

The Pack needs a WR (or seam splitting TE) that Rodgers can trust (other than Adams). Geronimo....I hear your number being called.

Orrrrr.......

Mr. Green, Mr. Fitzgerald....It's Gutey on line 1

MVS becoming a consistent  deep threat would go a long way in changing the dynamic of this offense. 1.) It would take the doubles with a safety over the top shading Adams. That would mean Adams would see more one on ones. 2.) MVS left catches, including 1st downs on the field. He rounded out a route that he admits wasn't sharp enough to box out the corner last week. He's also dropped passes that literally hit him in the hands.

If he's going to take the next step, he's got to clean up those "little" things in his game. Which I believe he's fully capable of. Kid just has to put it all together

Jaire is shutting down one of their WR's. I'm imagining Savage/Amos being rolled over to Kings side & help him out.

Now if they could roll somebody over to help Al Harris out against Plaxico.

I'm sure MVS is running plenty of go routes.   Rodgers needs to let it go once in a while for it to be respected.

ST are also outstanding. JK Scott in his second season is an elite NFL punter. He’s helped the defense a lot.

in 3 games, kickoffs have had one bad coverage...everything else has been solid.

“elite NFL punter”

Sounds kind of weird. Like an oxymoron.

The Eagles are all out to win this game they're acting like their season is on the line

1-3 would be a pretty deep hole. If they were to go down 3 games behind Dallas their division hopes are in serious jeopardy. They have a lot of issues that a win would cure. I expect a hard fought game and they will bring a SB swagger in with them. People are down on them after the home loss. But they were also down pretty big in wk 1 and came back and stomped the Skins for the win. This game means a lot for both teams.

Last season the first two weeks were on NFLN, and then went to broadcast TV.
This season it was the first three weeks.
Next season.....?

One better throw by Wentz on that last drive and the Eagles win that game. Even banged up, the Eagles played well enough to pull out a victory last Sunday. Never underestimate your opponent.

I have a bad feeling about this game. I sorta predict that the defense comes crashing back down to earth. The offense remains a work in progress.  They are getting more healthy and we are reading and believing our own glowing press reports.

Eagles 27, Packers 17

The Eagles have some things that make them a very tough opponent.  Best TE we have faced, best QB we have faced, best O-Line we have faced.  Their defense hasn’t been great this year, but they can get pressure with just 4 guys which can make Rodgers skittish.

If the Pack wins this one on short rest, it may be the most impressive win so far.

It might be time for the " Dirty Tricksters "  from Ashwabanon to earn their pay this morning.  where-ever the Eagles are staying,  pull the fire alarms,  turn off the hot water.  turn on the car alarms, outside Carson Wentz's room.                                          E A Z Y  P I C K I N S    GB 23  -  Eagles 20

Ugh.  I thank Doug Pederson for his time with the Packers BUT, I have no love at all for the Eagles or their fans.  If you have ever attended an Eagles game you would definately understand.

As for a prediction I am as always superstitious and won't predict a Packers win in prime time so i will go Eagles 134 Packers 2
