Hopefully they pick up on how complete their failure was.  It wasn't a loss, it was a fucking embarrassment.

Haven’t read a lot in here regarding feeling towards game, but I agree. A complete and comprehensive ass kicking. Haven’t seen Packer team dominated like that on all sides of the ball in a long time.

Don’t mean to pick on this post as I’ve seen a few like it, but I don’t necessarily feel Lambeau in a cold environment is an advantage. That’s in the past. I’ve banked on this being an advantage way too many times in the last decade and have seen it having no effect on outcome in GB’s favor.

The Panthers have a worse run defense then the Packers. Which is saying a lot.

27th in the NFL.  MLF should be exploiting that, especially in mid December-like weather.

They have been practicing indoors in December for a long time. That ended this year.

Yeah I know it's not December yet.

Pack those long johns for anyone going to the game:

Get ready for a cold Game Day as the Packers take on the Panthers. At kickoff 3:15 PM,temperature will be near 32 degrees, falling temps with blustery northwest winds.

So a 3:25 game they are kicking off at 3:15?

Correct. you'll only miss a bad kick off and the Packers driving in for a TD while running the ball every play for a 10 minute drive. 7-0 Pack.

Found on the internet: In the past six weeks, the Packers’ defense ranks 31st in yards per play allowed, 30th in net yards per pass play, 30th in big completions, 23rd in points per game, 24th in sack percentage and 26th on third down. The focus in Green Bay is always on Rodgers, but that defense needs to play a lot better if they want to be taken seriously as Super Bowl contenders.”

Absolutely horrible especially considering the investment on defense. This team is going home very early in the playoffs (if they make it) unless the defense figures it out.

I think we'll find out more about Kenny Clark's health status after the season. In the first two games he had 1.5 sacks and looked unblockable. Then he seemed to get dinged up and hasn't been the same since about Game 3 or 4. He's had no sacks in the last 7 games and the Packers are getting the ball run down their throats.

Same as last week, then. TV coverage here missed the opening kick off and tuned in, just in time, to see the first series. Must have had commercials to catch up on. Nothing we aren't used to, living near Mpls/StP.  This week, if the Packers' game is on Fox and if the vikings are on Fox in the early game and the vikings game runs long, or past 3:15pm, the vikings game will be aired until it's completion. In the past, we've missed most of the first quarter of the Packers' game because of this cable exclusivity crap. I hate the vikings, their media and their fans. I long for the days when they blacked out viking games because they couldn't sell out the stadium before game time. The only guaranteed sellout game in Mpls was when they played the Packers. The Metrodome was a sea of Green and Gold! If Pillsbury Flour Company hadn't bought out the remaining tickets, the majority of vikings games would not have been aired. Good times, indeed!

Let me see if I've got this right, you live in the Vikings tv market and if the Vikes are on early before the Packer game you are upset because Fox stays with the Vikings game till it is over and they switch to the Pack

Quick fixes for you, get Direct TV ( I did this for years), go to a bar with the Ticket ( I did this for years both when I lived in the Twin Cities and when I am traveling, in fact I did it last week when the Broncos played at the same time as the Pack),  find a good streaming site.

Complaining is easy, so is seeing every Packer game.

The Packers defense is almost completely different than it was in 2015 but even then Rivers just tore them up.  Over 500 yards passing and no INTs in that game at Lambeau for Rivers.  At least the Pack's offense showed up that day and the Pack won 27-20.

Found on the internet: The Dolphins beat the Jets. The Jets beat the Cowboys. The Cowboys beat the Eagles. The Eagles beat the Packers. The Packers beat the Chiefs. The Chiefs beat the Ravens. The Ravens beat the Patriots. Therefore, the Dolphins are the best team in the NFL.

The winning record vs winning teams is encouraging but only in an intangible way.  You can ride "They just find ways to win" as far as it can take you.  And they've had some fortunate bounces so far this year.  But the D's run ranking and explosive plays given up are big red flags.  They really need to figure those two issues out if they want a shot in January.  Along with not hitting any more doldrums on O.

I did not know that the Transitive Law applied to football. Kool!

Ahh, wait a second...  Packers beat the Raiders; Raiders beat the Chargers; then, the Packers should have beaten the Chargers.   WTF is with that?   Stupid Transitive Law don't apply to Football.

The problem is Thursday night football fucks everything up.

I would love to know the betting lines and results in those games.  A very short week for the Chargers and they were not sharp and it showed with all the mistakes.

Look at the week before.  The 49ers crush the Panthers and then squeak out a close win against the Cards the following week.

It applies if you are a viking fan. They do this kind of math all the fricking time, for every sports team close to the playoffs in Minnesota. "I'll root for the team that beat my team because if they win the Championship, that means we could have won the Championship!" The exceptions to this math were this year's baseball playoffs where the Yankees swept the Twins (nobody wants to root for the Yankees!) and the NFC Championship game loss to the Eagles (38-7).

STU COURTNEY:

The Panthers pulled a Week 5 surprise by winning at Houston, but their other wins have come against the likes of Arizona, Jacksonville, Tampa Bay and Tennessee. They were blown out 51-13 by San Francisco two weeks ago. The Packers insist they failed to bring their "A" game against the Chargers; they'll bring it Sunday. Packers 31, Panthers 20

When did 32 degrees become noteworthy cold?

For a high on November 10th it's pretty cold. Should be mid 40's.

If it was Dec 10th it would be pretty nice.

For Kyle Allen, it's going to seem REALLY cold.
