My buddy Andy from my softball team is going to his first Lambeau Game with his wife, using my brother's season tickets. California Boy, lifelong Packer fan, giving him all sorts of advice (Day before Stadium tour and Hall of Fame, Kroll's, strolling the parking lot, etc.)

Did you tell him to boo #50 every defensive snap?

I'm taking my friend Brad to the game as well. He's from the south, don't think he's ever been north of Indianapolis. I asked him if he needed to borrow any cold weather clothes, he said no he had some long johns he would probably wear. Going to help him get some stuff to wear...

Worst 9-3 team in the history of the NFL

Yep.  I am thinking the Packers really should just forfeit and save us the misery of watching their games.

14 point favorites?  I know the Redskins records stinks but 14 points in the NFL is a ton.  Two players that scare me in this game are Guice and McLaurin.  Guice did very well against this last week and he is that quick back that can give GB fits.

The Skins racked up a ton of rushing yards, like almost 250 IIRC, on a bad Carolina run defense yesterday. They have won 2 straight and will come in confident. Yes, the Packers have the far better QB, they are at home, and this is the better team.

But no, they will not be a push over.  The formula for winning games isn't rocket science for the Packers. They have scored a TD on now I believe 7 of their 12 games in the opening drive to start the game. I think that puts them either number 1 in the NFL or damn near the top. Get up on the Skins early, step on the gas, and don't look back.

Put the ball in QB Dwayne Haskins, with a 58.5  QB rating, hands and force him to beat you. And for the defense, get off the field on 4th down. The reason the Giants hung around for the 1st half is because they dominated the time of possession. If you take the running game out of the Skins plan by going up early, you win this game.

I’ll be there too GD

Skins are playing a bit better, but you've nailed it. Sell out on the run and force Haskins to beat you. Wouldn't shock me if they give up a big play or tow because of that, but turnovers will be there.

Not sure if Carolina D is the reason, but Guice looked like a beast yesterday.

Hard to believe that just 14 months ago, these 2 teams played and the Redskins demolished the Pack and won by 14.  It wasn’t even really that close, Redskins got up 28-10 at the half and coasted.

I expect the Pack to turn the tables but you never know.

Would think the Old O-line coach Callahan is going to run Peterson and Guice as much as possible. Surprising how much better the Skins are playing after firing Gruden.

Also surprised at how poorly the Packer O-line run blocked against the Giants. Maybe the weather. December.... Time to RTFB  !!

Our easiest road to the a first round bye is this week.

If we win out and the 49ers beat the Saints this week, we're the #2. If the Saints beat the 49ers, then a host of other crap needs to happen down the stretch for us to be the #2.

Why are you even talking about a bye? You know the Packers suck and probably won't even win the division.

Outside of ST is he going to get on the field that fast?  Not that I'm complaining if he does.  I guess if he can show something by playoff time.  Now go look for ILBs.

I don't see it.   I think the only time the rookie from ND got snaps this season was after Williams concussion.     We have two solid RB's who both excel in the pass game and pass pro, so unless he is taking snaps at and from a WR..  I don't see why you would do it.

Here's what I know ....

Redskins are 30th or worse in almost every offensive category. The defense should have a gigantic day & give the ball back to Rodgers a few times with a short field.

Nothing is guaranteed. Continue to hang onto the ball offensively & crush them early & often.

We want to see Tim Boyle!!

McLaurin is the only one that matters. P.R. is ok but nothing to worry about.

Double-checked the draft. Pack drafted Jace Sternberger just 1 spot in front of McLaurin. Couldn't really expect Gutey to draft another WR but the TE has the chance to really make a difference. Crossing my fingers.

Yes & put Jaire "man" on McLauren.

Game over!

Agree. Not sure if Haskins can get it to him consistently yet, but McLaurin is special. Let Jaire follow him all day.

Recipe : Stack box, pressure Haskins, follow McLaurin with Jaire.

Packer offense should light this Skins defense up. SHOULD

Move over Turdberger. Enter LOONEY!

I'm sure the Clippers plan tonight will be to stop Eric Bledsoe and make Giannis beat them.

Think he's probably up to the task.

That is absurdly hilarious.  Maybe that's why the Reddims are at the bottom of the league.

ARodgers wins this by shredding Manusky's D          Rodgers will have  400 yards passing  against  skins secondary and this game will be long over at the half...  Green Bay gets out to a hot start and unlike Carolina, finishes the job.  31-13 GB.

Looney is also another O-Lineman. Wonder how well he blocks?

I would hope at almost 290 lbs and 4.9 speed he's a blocker first. Wonder if he will drop a few lbs if this is a permanent gig?

Maybe get him down to 260 -- running a 4.7 or so. That could be dangerous for opposing defenses, provided, you know, he can actually CATCH the ball.

These are the types of moves that sometimes pan out very well. Like Sam Shields

King out Jackson in.   Today will be the day Pettine decides to ditch zone scheme for more man to man.

So the CB’s are Alexander, Williams, Jackson, and Sullivan.    I think that’s it..  better hope nobody else gets hurt.

Jackson in man to man?  Packers will lose by 21 points.

No Kevin King.

What's with Hollman?  Hurt?  Scrub?  Considering all the consternation over the CB position I thought he might be in the mix considering he seemed pretty steady in TC.

I thought that Jackson was not that good against Man coverage?
