In previous years, yes.  But anybody saying that this year has no idea what they are talking about.  Took a quick look at the stats.  Here’s where he ranks with the top 10 QBs:  Completion Percentage-1st, YPA-1st, TDs-2nd, INTs-2nd, Passer Rating-1st, Salary-6th.

Packdog.  You want to end the divisional NFL, OK.  No more divisions, no more divisional match-ups.  The SB winner gets the toughest schedule per tie breakers, worst team per tie breakers gets the easiest schedule per tie breakers.

I would not like that, but to each their own.  Divisional NFL has proven to be mostly successful and popular.

I think divisions are fine as-is and I think all division winners should make the playoffs but I wouldn't be against playoff seeding based on overall records. If the 2 best teams in the conference happen to be in the same division, so be it. Give em both a bye.

We beat the Vikings didn’t we?

"Did gb beat minn already?"

"Week 1 lol...By the skin of their ass when Kurt didn’t want to throw the ball"

Week 2. We won bottom line.

Amazing what a 2-10 team can do to someone's brain.

Any team can beat any team at any time. Ask the Eagles at Miami.

I just had to quote this post.

Just... because.

I don't think Cousins is a superstar, but he's still a good QB. Criticizing him because he didn't get to his 5th option in the progression is a little harsh.

Cousins will never be a superstar QB when he gives up 400 yards on defense to Seattle, and close to 400 yards to the Cowboys.

That was pretty egregious.  Actually interfered with him twice and Diggs was looking for it.  At that point in the game, I was shocked that Zimmer didn’t throw a flag.  I’m not sure how, at this point in the season, officials don’t have a grasp on what PI is.  It changes every game.

Was Russell Wilson the worst "miked-up" ever ?? Holy shit he is boring.  I wonder if his teammates even listen to him....just a hyper spewing series of meaningless fake cliche's !!! Man that was painful.

Made Booger seem insightful.

Russell Wilson definitely comes off as a bit of a weird guy when you hear his motivational BS on the sidelines, but it must work.  I'll be fair to Wilson and say that a lot of guys say and yell weird things during football games, but Wilson just sounded pretty over the top with his motivational rantings.

From everything I've heard Wilson is a good guy, but I think he's a good guy that's a little bit annoying.

Bland mic'd up to match bland broadcast team. Booger is awful, Tessitore isn't far behind. They are the fruition of the long term plan to make MNF totally an afterthought. This was even a vg game in relative terms. But I don't know how they can make the case for more games in a season when half or more games currently each week are dogs. More isn't better.

Why throw a red flag and waste a time out. The refs are notgoing to overturn PI calls.  When it is a possession type call or an out of bounds they have no choice but to overturn if replay clearly shows it.  But on a judgement call like PI, throwing a red flag is just wasting a time out you will need later.

0-8 on MNF

I always find the stats that focus on a singular player in a team game interesting.  Looking it up, he’s completed 65%, 11 TDs, 5 INTs on Monday nights.  His opponents combined W/L record in those years is 76-48, so he’s went up against some pretty good teams.  I think #12 is 7-8 on Monday nights.

0-8 vs 0-US Bank

Something’s got to give!

You are in the minority pulling up stats 99% of other Vikings fans don't give a damn about. Sipping coffee while relishing in Queens Sports radio this week more then proved that, again.

Is it always fair to Cousins that his reputation is that he can't win big games?  No. Sometimes, like on MNF, it's his defense that are key reasons he lost. But the mantra, the beating drum of criticism coming from the fan base and in the media don't give a shit about that.

It's like an oft injured player and his reputation that he's a bust or injury prone. Sometimes it's a fluke injury, not that player being weak or soft that keeps him off the field. But until that player stays on the field, it's the only way fans will shut up about it.

And until Cousins wins a playoff game or a game on the national stage like MNF, no one gives a shit about the quality of opponent's he's faced  or any other criteria for those few trying to defend him.

Buffalo Bills on line 2.

It isn't ALL on the QB as we've had a front row seat to the many out of reach games we've seen AR ball out it while the D does the opposite.  More than 8 games would be my guess.  But at some point you have to win one of those prime time games, especially when your D is supposed to be as good as touchdownwhitewaterjesus D is.

No they moved it some. Like 25 yards total but most of that was on a dumpoff pass to Rudolph. Kirk went the whole game without successfully pushing the ball down the field except for the blown coverage on Treadwell. Most of his yards were from YAC.

Nobody was covering Treadwell on that play because nobody thought he could catch a pass thrown his way. The guy who was almost cut from the team, catches a rare pass thrown his way, to extend a viking drive. And then they lose.
