Running the ball with less than 2 minutes to play on 2nd and 6 from the 29 -- from a heavy, heavy running formation?

I know this is a run-first team and it does not have a sophisticated passing attack, but wow.

Thanks for showing up for the first time all season just in time to reinforce you are a douchebag.

Gebbins.

Conservative call before the half to not try and score with 3 TOs and the ball at your own 40 with 35-40 seconds to go followed by a conservative 4th and 1 call after slowly slowing moving the ball upfield.

Not exactly an aggressive, play to win mindset.

You did see the fullback whiffed on the 4th and 1. That's not coaching

Maybe he should blame the refs while gagging a 28-7 lead?

Not a Badger fan, but was hoping they'd win tonight.

Actually like Paul Chryst quite a bit from high school days. Surprised he failed to perform in such a big game.

Badgers should have won tonight when they were up 28-7 (even though their DBs got exposed big time). I think playing tight came from the head coach on down.

Sorry for your loss.

IMO

The difference was the BS call for roughing the passer.

Plain and simple.

Join Harbaugh and Viking fans in the whine room......by the way, it was a bad call but did you see the other 40 (or so) plays in the second half?

Did you see our DBs tonight? Bucky played 3 top 10 teams this year and when 0-3. No shame in that, but we overachieved in a weak Big10 West.

No doubt #20 is going to see that whiff in his nightmares all season, and the call should have resulted in a first, but do you have confidence Wisconsin was going to go 20+ yards in  <1 Min. (even with 2 TOs) the way they slowly moved up the field?

Just seemed like a lack of urgency to me, but who knows.

Let's try to look at this positively. If you'd have told any of us before the year started that the Badgers offense would have 5 minutes left in the Big10 championship game to drive 75 yards to get to OT, we'd have all taken it in a heartbeat.

Set up to do it.

It feels like Cinderella got home at Midnight and took an anal fisting from her wicked stepmother.

Ok, that made me laugh, which is positive.

Penn State got some lucky deep throws with the help of some poor play from the Badger DBs.   The offense was too predictable in the second half too.  Did not like the 4 & 1 call.  Everyone knew the ball was going to Clement...but nevertheless, the play should have worked.  And I think the Badgers would have tied it up after converting that 4th down.   The missed FG was a big momentum killer too.  And the dumb penalty as well.  I think too, the Badgers got a little too comfortable after going up 28-7.
