Well I sure as hell ain't flattering you.

Thank you very little.

Not to be too critical, but Murray's likely off the board at 30, Jackson is off the board at 62 (and could very well go in the first round), and probably Tyler, too. Not to mention, Okwuegbunam is not there in the 5th, either.

Another mock without Cephus.  What the hell?  He will be there in the 6th I hope and take him instead of Hodgins.

Cephus didn't do himself any favors with his poor 40 time. His 3-cone was ok...not great...very good bench. I'll give him that, but speed is necessary at that position. He'll need a good pro day, now.

That would definitely add speed to the team.

Ruggs is WR1 in this draft, would be shocking if he was at 30. I’m actually not a big fan of Duggar, I think his level of competition makes him look more otherworldly than he is. Davis-Gaither is Oren Burks in my opinion, a big Safety that doesn’t really have a place in the league.

Lord, I hate that scenario. Jones, sure, but Trautman and Wilson in 2 and 3? Yuck city.

Jacksonville, however, makes out like bandits.

I thought the exact same thing.  No thanks.

I'm trying to figure out why the mock boards have Lynn Bowden so low. He reminds of a bigger Randall Cobb: He has good hands, shields defenders away from the ball, tracks the deep ball well, very good return skills, good speed, and he's versatile. I know he played some QB last year due to injuries, but I think he was still the leading receiver on the team.

Yeah I don’t either. I want to see more polish in his route running, but you can’t fault him for not being able to hone his craft since Kentucky asked him to be their QB, RB, and WR at various times. He was successful at all of them but right now isn’t great at any of them. Doesn’t mean he can’t be though, I think he can be someone’s Deebo Samuel this year. Unless he flubs his pro day testing I think he’s easily at Day 2 player at some level. Tons of attitude and great instincts with the ball in his hands.

I think Jonathan Taylor's going to be a star in the NFL. I would be tempted to take him there, even though RB isn't a primary need.

I completely agree.  JT has been constantly looked past his whole life and frankly, I don't get it.  He wasn't highly thought of in high school but the Badgers saw something in him early on and they were dead right in their evaluations.

The ONLY thing I see maybe being a red flag is the fumbles....  but frankly, I think the guy is a top 15 type talent.  Guys at 225 lbs. that run under 4.4 are rare freaks.  Not only does he have freakish measurables, but he's got the production to back it up.  And unlike a guy like Zeke Elliot, he's a class guy and actually very very smart.

To me, if he lasts late in the 1st round, I have to believe the Seahawks take him which would make me ill.  He'd be perfect for them though.  He would be a fantastic complement to Wilson.  Hell, Wilson had pretty much nothing for RBs to help him out and he still came close to beating the Pack at Lambeau a couple of months ago.  You give him JT to hand off to and I think the Seahawks might be the NFC favorite.  I hope like heck that doesn't happen, but I could see it as a possibility based on where JT is projected in drafts.

Were that the case, I think I'd go Patrick Queen. The guy showed he can play and has an even higher ceiling than Murray. Jones is mighty tempting, though.

I also think Seattle could be his landing spot.  Like you said he would seem to fit their style very well and could be a good weapon in the offense.  I would love to see him in Green and Gold but I don't see it happening.  Either he gets picked before #30 or the Packers IMHO are more likely to go OT, ILB, or WR in that spot.

Slot guy that looks like he could make an immediate special teams and Slot impact. Probably a 4th rounder, could sneak into R3.

If you drafted Reed and Bowden early on Day 2, signed a veteran stopgap WR like Cobb or Sharpe, I think WR in GB would actually be good enough in 2020. Not fixed long term, but good enough that it's not THE problem in 2020. That opens options to draft a TE early, sign a UFA like Henry or Ebron (not a Hooper fan) or acquire someone like Hurst (BAL) to bring some juice to that position along side Sternburglar.

Regarding JT, a talent that great, sometimes you just have to say wtf and do it.  Just saying.

There's no need to draft a TE early with Sternberger on the roster.  That kid can play.

Quick drive by to Say Joe Burrow is the best QB 1 prospect since John Elway. Burrow is every fucking thing you want as your QB. Shame Cincy will fuck him up. But that’s how the NFL destroys talent.

I think Stern can play. I actually think trading for Hurst makes the most sense. He's really talented and would make a good 1-2  punch with Stern. 2 good TEs is a much better situation than 1 TE.

This kid is from my High School Alma mater and helped them win multiple NY state championships.  Went on to become the all-time receiving leader at the University of Maine.  A little undersized at 5-10, but super fast and elusive.  Might be worth a late round flyer or a good UDFA target.

Wow good find. Serious Donald Driver coming off this kid...serious speed also. Good routes, great instincts with the ball in his hands, plenty fast...that's a pretty good foundation, hopefully he's got the mental edge to stick. The rest can be taught, but that edge is what separates guys. Love him R5 or lower.
