Adequate testing won't do anything other than tell us that this thing is actually another flu by it's mortality rate.

I'm 72, lived all over the US and must confess I know of no one who died from the ordinary yearly flu. That got me to thinking about why, one would think that if 10's of thousands are dieing each year I would have. I found this article and found it interesting. Take it for what it is worth.

My cousin's wife died from complications of the flu (influenza) this past December.
