Maybe it’s good we haven’t burned a 1st on a WR, but backs up the idea that we should have take a  LB...

So the safest pick for the Packers in round 1 is a center which we need now.

I know a few like to quote "this isn't fantasy football" but Geitostkunst has followed the fantasy football playbook in two of his three drafts: spamming a position with Day 3 picks when he didn't get a top guy.

The Moore/MVS/Equine Serious draft was one, but last year he spammed IOL with Runyan, Hansen and Stepaniak. With Turner's versatility he could do the same for OT with say Jaylon Moore (Western Michigan) Brenden Jaimes and Cole Van Lanen.

I'd rather he did that with defensive front 7.

Whats worse, blowing another late round pick on a punter or continually blowing premium picks on the secondary?

To be fair to Gutey, he has only blown 1 of 3 premium picks thus far on a secondary player - Josh Jackson.

Savage looks to be a hit, and Jaire absolutely is a hit.

As for those 2014-2107 1st and 2nd round secondary picks -- HaHa, Randall, Quentin Rollins, King, and Josh Jones, now that is a horrific return on 5 of your 8 top picks over 4 drafts.

Anyone know anything about Jacob Harris, from UCF? He's listed as a TE, but he's light for the position. With that said, his pro day numbers are elite, as an athlete...this is from CBS NFL Pro Day Results:

"Harris measured 6-foot-5, 219 pounds and ran 4.39 second 40-yard dash and a 6.51 second 3-cone drill with a 11-feet, 1-inch broad jump and a 40.5 inch vertical jump. It was a monstrous day for the tight end."

He is listed as a WR on Walter's site.

I see a lot of good athletes coming out of UCF.

We definitely need a better punter. Not in the draft, unless there's a Ray Guy in the mix. Bring in a bunch of un-drafted guys and let them fight it out. Opie sucks ass.

After spending picks on Bidwell and Opie, hope they never spend another one on that position.  Oh, I just remembered BJ Sanders as well...and threw up in my mouth a bit.

My latest mock from TDN...this was a tough one. Lots of good players available at 29...could have gone in a number of directions.

29. Christian Barmore IDL

62. Jevon Holland S Oregon

92. Benjamin St-Juste CB Minnesota

135. Walker Little OT Stanford

142. Chuba Hubbard RB Oklahoma State

173. Malcolm Koonce EDGE Buffalo

178. Jaelon Darden WR North Texas

214. Anthony Hines III LB Texas A&M

220. Tay Gowan CB UCF

256. Jacob Harris WR UCF
