With the players they are bringing back off of Covid opt out, they will better. But this spending spree doesn't change the fact they don't have a franchise QB.

How many picks are they sitting on?  I'm sure Billy will be wheelin' dealin' right through the draft.

We’ll, what’s the point? Gute is just going to choose the wrong one🙄

And people wonder why the Germans Lost the War!!!

This is a X4 thing, but we all know why the Germans lost the war thanks to the movie "Animal House" - they bombed Pearl Harbor.  Here is the proof:

The Chargers now have 40% of the 2019 Green Bay offensive line.

Bulaga was guaranteed 19 million and it looks like Linsley is going to make 26 million his first two years. That's a lot of money for two guys in their 30s.

The Packers medical staff know these guys better than anyone. It would be interesting to see if their knowledge played a role in not resigning these two.

I think his tongue has been placed rather firmly in cheek.

In response to the Bucs re-signing everyone ;

Contract guys get praise for signings. Usually unwarranted. In this case we have yrs of research saying efforts to try to resign everyone to keep SB team together is a mistake. The Eagles just explained current situation on error of resigning everyone after 17 SB. Common mistake

I do love it. Been a while since someone was this RONG on X4.

Good press beating WRs don’t grow on trees. There were 2 of those guys in the last draft. Both drafted before we picked. The rest? Not ready to do it in their rookie years. Want an instant man beating talent. We have to trade for him. At what cost?

Nice to see you hating on someone other than Fedya.

Here we go😂

Yay!  Scrubs.

I think Taylor has Bubba Franks like lightening speed.

I'm looking forward to Pete Butferski saying signing Taylor is a down payment on multiple future Super Bowls.

I’m Fucken done with it!!!!! It’s just more RECKLESS BEHAVIOR by Gute.  Chasing Unicorns in the draft and overvaluing the RB position as he continues to starve the receiver position out!!!

Should of figured this was the route he would go!!

Brandon needs to look back at archives and see how a proper "I'm leaving" thread is done.

I like Jets CB Brian Poole as a Nickel. He’s a mid tier UFA that has been a consistent performer. He was a FA last offseason and I was hoping GB would bring him in.

So does Rodney:

2) BRIAN POOLE (Jets)

The 28-year-old has been one of the better slot corners in the league for the past few seasons, and he’d be a significant upgrade from Sullivan. The former Florida star has above-average speed, and his hips are surprisingly fluid for a player who weighs over 210 pounds. That size allows him to jam smaller receivers at the line and make it difficult for them to get into their routes. The reason a player as good as Poole figures to be affordable – $3.5 million to $5 million a year sounds about right – is his lack of versatility. He pretty much plays only in the slot. In fact, he’s taken less than 100 snaps outside since 2018. This could be a dealbreaker for Barry, who as mentioned earlier, prefers more versatility at the position. For what it’s worth, Poole spent his rookie season with LaFleur in Atlanta.

Any indication as to who those "mid-level" guys could be?

I don’t agree that 4 of 5 guys got their asses handed to them. The offense scored 3 TDs and should have had a 4th if not for a dropped pass by someone the consensus calls the best player at his position in the NFL. The previous year against SF? That’s called getting your ass handed to you...

Go back and watch the game. It was obvious to everyone that Turner & Wagner were overmatched, but in addition Jenkins really struggled with Vea , as did Patrick with Suh. Linsley played well when helping on Vea, but that left the others single matched and they lost. Andy Herman scores every Packer on every play and had the 4 o-lineman with their lowest grades of the year.

Jamal Williams always reminded me of Edgar Bennett.  Not necessarily in playing style or size/speed, but just a guy who was good for the locker room who could do everything well.

My preference would have been Dillon and Williams (and use the cap savings on OL) over Jones and Dillon but is what it is.  This definitely gives us one of the best 1-2 punches at RB in the league, hope it translates into wins.

I could give a fuck what you find “Interesting”.  I post my opinions just like anyone else on here and try to provide some value while hearing what others have to say. Read them if you find value or move on. If other people want to be smart ass’s and take jabs then I can jab back.

It’s really not that difficult!
