I wonder if Brett would unretire again

If so I hope it was in vitro

Mea culpa, GoL. I seem to be having more of those these days...
Don't know why I had Jacksonville in my head.
When I get confused about shitty football teams, my default answer is always the Vikings.

I understand - completely. I had to look it up just in case I missed something. Like former Packer QB Randy Wright is reported to have said after a game in which a reporter ask him if the opposing defense was "getting into his head" - Randy answered with words like, "don't ask about my head, there is nothing there". I think I am getting the picture.

What about Philip Rivers?
Nine is not enough!
An interesting possibility. https://www.nationalfootballpo...hicks-to-seek-trade/
The #Jets worked out veteran FA WR Tavon Austin today, source said, and sounded like it went well. Austin spent time with the #49ers and #Packers last year.

Packers are signing FA QB Blake Bortles.
Packer OC Nathaniel Hackett was his OC in Jacksonville.

Dammit!
Can Bortles punt?
Sounds like it.
Yep. Bortles straight up punted that ball into the stands. Although it's not a taunting penalty, that celebration is subject to a fine by the NFL's rules, according to the NFL's senior VP of officiating, Dean Blandino.
More important than whether Bortles' pockets get lighter at some point this week, though, is figuring out why he punted the ball into the stands. I see a few potential reasons:
Like hiking the Appalachian trail, man. Sometimes you gotta do what ya gotta do.
His legs still look good.
Are you guys sure that is Lacy and not a run stopping material?
Does it bother anyone that we now have 3 first round draft picks on the roster at QB?
If Rodgers wants it his way why doesn't he just go to Burger King?
Washington allowing RT Morgan Moses to seek a trade. 30 years old, but has been pretty reliable for a while. Donât know if heâs a scheme fit, but he would easily be the best option at RT and give us flexibility if Bakh isnât ready right away.
I'd take Moses for a 5th. He's a solid RT and they just don't have the depth on the OL right now to thrive without Bakh (unless 1 or 2 of the rookies really shine in training camp). Salary is pretty reasonable at $7.5m this year and next.
As of today, I donât believe they have anywhere near that cap space.
If a certain someones could/would consummate a solution to our cap problem then we could open up enough cap to pull of multiple key depth moves.
Yeah, cmon Davante!!
The FO controls the situation you referred to, GD.
It takes two to tango for a contract to work.

Actually 5 you forgot the experts on Times Four.
If I'm not mistaken, the current AR contract allows the Packers to make a change and convert salary to bonus, giving them cap space, and don't need Rodgers to agree.
Youâre trying to tell me JULIO JONES, who has never had any type of media/off the field incident, is now trashing his quarterback & great friend because he wants to go play with washed up Cam Newton (who may not be starting by Week 4). Gtfoh. Iâve never heard a more blatant lie.

Malik Taylor signs exclusive rights offer: https://www.acmepackingcompany...nt-tender-per-report
Oh thank god! I was worried about not having a WR with 4.46 speed that looks like he's running in cement on top of being a horrible returner.
Whatâs preventing the Packers from offering a 1st plus Preston Smith for Julio Jones?
I'll admit to endorsing any move to get Julio, but like JJ Watt, not the Packer way
Saw a proposal to trade Love for Julio.
