Draft value for Packers top 2 picks...25 (720) + 41 (490) = 1210...that puts you in the neighborhood of pick 12 (1200) DEN or 13 (1150) LV...

That would put the Packers in position to take one of the top CB...Terrion Arnold, Cooper DeJean, Quinyon Mitchell...OT Fashanu or EDGEs Verse and Latu.

Definitely could see Gutey pulling the trigger for one of those premium positions.

Bo Melton’s brother, Max, a CB, just ran a 4.39

Gutey HAS TO take a shot at this kid, yes? With Bo already on the roster, the Packers will know what they'd be getting in terms of work ethic and character. Whether he's a NFL quality corner, who knows, but you can't teach that kind of speed. Plus, he WANTS to be a Packer and team with his brother.

He also met with the Steelers.

Will the Bears ruin him like they have every other single quarterback they take?

Wait until Caleb Williams kicks cancer lady in the nuts.

Not nearly as funny as Whitlock kicking dingleberry Florio for his junk-ass hot take.

Right?!?!

Save your condolences for the Vikings & Lions. The Packers aren't worried about a rookie QB.

Meanwhile, Poles trades back, they take Marvin Harrison Jr, Dallas Turner and Spencer Rattler in the 3rd.

They're just not trading the #1 overall pick, 2 years in a row.....and Marvin Harrison on the Bears is a complete waste of his talent.

Barton is a solid prospect whose position flexibility and size fit what the Packers look for in OL.

If GB decides to go OL early and this guy is still there, he makes a lot of sense with his versatility across the line.

I think Harrison, Jr would be locker room poison, if he got drafted by the Bears. All for it!

How early does Gutekunst pull the trigger on a linebacker?

They probably need to bring in three roster-worthy guys by training camp and two starting-quality guys, but Walker was an aberration in the drafting history.

I still like Edefuan Ulofoshio as mid-round guy. He's a bit older, but 4.56 and lead the broad and vertical might mean he'll go earlier than many expect, though his athleticism is his known strong suit.

Wilson (also older), Cooper or Gray would likely cost them a much higher pick, but is Gutekunst willing to spend it again on a non-premium position?

DFH!

Dejean is still my guy by a wide margin.  He's gone before 25 unless Gute trades up though, which I'm all for.

TimesFour never forgets.

Josh Jackson is a f'ing stud.  Our secondary is going to be awesome.

The Bears have to take Williams 1 overall, right?

As for JJ, count me in the I was totally wrong about that guy.  Probably because he did so well against shit Badgers QBs.

I just don't see how the Bears have the #1 overall selection for not one...but TWO straight seasons and they don't draft a QB.

Here is my prediction.....

If the Bears fuck this up, the Packers will continue to beat them for another 2 decades

Just did a mock and Chicago picked Marvin Harrison, Jr. #1, instead of Caleb Williams. Williams went next to Washington. At #25 I picked Barton for the Packers. DeJean went at #24.
